Easily accesible boardwalk, with lots of birds, some gators, turtles. A nice walk although sometimes crowded. Go early for the best chance to see gators. A small nature center is also there but not sure of the hours. Definitely some great opportunities to get some nice pictures of wildlife and nature.

This is where those of us who enjoy nature; photography love to go and wander around and capture the moment on camera or in your mind. Very well maintained; people who go there are friendly and are happy to share that something is going on in this or that direction.

My parents, brother, husband and I went here the day after Thanksgiving. It was busy but honestly not so busy that we could not enjoy the walk. We have been here before and both times we visited we were able to see alligators. The best part really is the number of beautiful birds you can see and the park does... More

Take a stroll along a boardwalk in a wetland marsh teeming with wildlife in their natural habitat. Photograph a northern harrier hawk as he soars past in full hunting mode, observe the nest building activities of native birds or just walk along past palms and ponds with anticipation of siting of bobcat, alligator or raccoon makes each visit here a... This is a gem in our area. Green Cay is a wonderful escape from the craziness of life. Take a walk on either the 1/2 mile or 1 mile boardwalk and enjoy the wildlife. People come every day to photograph the birds or just get in their exercise. There are programs throughout the month.

We go once a month, if not more. Wonderful place to walk + very safe. My 4 year old autistic child - we leave him, and he just runs, and we walk behind, knowing he is safe. Wonderful birds and sometimes alligators. BTW, sunsets are gorgeous.
