Absolutely beautiful. We only spent a few hours here, but would love to stay for a weekend. Adorable place. Small island, golf cart only transportation (can be rented). You take a ferry boat to get there. We were there on a Sunday, it was quiet and lovely. Pool, lunch, beach- all amazing. Food was fantastic & family friendly. If you... More

A delightful little spot only reached by boat. Spend the money and take the time to take one of the scheduled boats and have lunch at the Collier Inn while there. The boat ride is delightful with lots of dolphin sightings and the Inn and food are worth the ride. More

It's a nice boat trip out of Captiva Island. It's a private island with limited tours. Nice walk around the island with a great Museum about the Calusa Indians. Nice lunch at the inn. All around perfect tropical day. More

Took the boat from Captiva, stopped at Cabbage Key to leave a group of tourists. Beautiful ride on a calm day. Informative guide, drinks were good not watered down. The island is amazing. We were on the second lunch so were instructed to follow the guide around the island. I really wanted to discover the island on my own but... More

Private place thats open to the public by boat. We had a great 1 hr trip there via the Katherine ship. The island is quiet and calming. You walk through a pink path through private properties to get to the Baron Collier Dining Room. Good food, try the fish tacos or the cuban sandwich. Walking down on the dock and... More

My husband built homes on the Island in the 90's, it is a beautiful place. Secluded and home of residents most of which are part time and have much money. Across the water is Cabbage Key, fun place. Known for the dollar bills on the walls bloody Marys and burgers. More
