This park is clean, epic in size, and the staff are pleasant. My young daughter really liked the playground... I didn't love it as much because I couldn't keep track of her - the tight spaces in the playground and the fact that the design creates blind spots for parents/caretakers watching their children climb and explore made this a bit... With the huge wood play structure and carousel the kids had a blast. The little museum there is tons of fun. Did not take part in the sports fields but they were full with kids and people playing and having fun.

If your in Boca Raton and have children between 2 - 10, this is a great place. Entry and parking are free. A modest fee for the carousel. There is a safe climbing structure and many climbing activities, in addition to swings and a water area where kids can sprinkle each other and get wet. If your kids like to... More

There is nothing to dislike at this place.. LOVE that there is a carousal for the kids, playground is amazing, bring a suit on a warm day for the little ones, they're going to get wet with the squirt guns!! Discovery Museum for a $5 donation is a steal!! Plan on spending hours here!! LOVE IT!!

if you have children there is no better place on earth. We met friends from school there. The climbing play area makes for creative, free and expansive play. If its too hot there is always the water sprinkler which has a shooting mechanism. Thought the pale is huge there is only one entrance which is a relief. You can lose... More

It's a lovely place to take children. Ours was 18 months at the time and she loved the carousel. It's only one dollar per ride and the ride is actually quite long. There is also a fabulous playground for a bit older children but our 18 months year old also loved the swings there.

I went to Sugar Sand Park, to the playground and the Explorium with three children ages 10 to 15. Now you might think that they are pushing the age limit interest-wise for the playground and museum, but not so. We all had a great time, even the adults. In the Explorium some of the exhibits on display had to do... More

This is a great park to go to with kids there's so much to do. From carousels to climbing mazes to water features and an indoor explorium you will have to drag your kids out of this place. They also have lots of special events during different parts of the year you could find most of the information in the... More

This is a great low/no cost place to take the kids for some outdoor fun. There is a great science museum and the outdoor park is fun. The last time we were there, we explored the hiking trails. You've got to love the $1.00 carousel! Other than that, everything we encountered there was free. Once you've had your swim/visit to... More

I took my grandchildren here ages 6 to 12 and spent a captivating afternoon with them at the Park. The science of sound, hearing, movement, jet propulsion, and gravity. The principles are made apparent by playing with the demonstrations available. In addition, small groups to learn how things work in the scientific world. These sessions are taught by young enthusiastic... More
