Sugar Sand Park is a gem within Boca Raton. The Carousel is a joy within the park. Great ball fields, picnic areas and strolling around. Even if you just drive around and enjoy the scenery, it's a nice little place to unwind and enjoy nature.

Fun filled afternoon- be mindful that this is not an enclosed park. Water features and a carousel. There is something for all ages- swings and a tree hose adventure area which is very impressive even for an adult!

This park is full of fun things to do for kids. There is a science museum, a large playground with a water splash area, and a cool carousel. There are also swings and other playground equipment. Parents with little kids beware though, when they start climbing up through the tree house area, it is pretty much impossible to see them... More

So many different attractions to appeal to kids of all ages. Even if crowded, kids can find a place to swing, slide, climb or run around. The carousel is an asset but the park can stand on its own. It's that good.

Took a two year old to ride the carousel & play on the playground but was HAPPILY surprised to find an engaging science center for little ones indoors. She could run from one fascinating center to the next pushing buttons and playing with objects on display to see the outcome. We even made it for a story time & made... More

There is an amazing multilevel interactive playground, water play area, carousel, shaded picnic areas, a food cart to buy light snacks, and clean restrooms. There is a multitude of sports related activities from ball fields, to basketball courts, and hockey rinks. There is also a huge indoor gym. They offer... More

Our 8 yr old grandson had soooo much fun here. The playground has a very elaborate structure with enclosed passages, overhead walkways, monkey bars, etc. And it's big... We spent quite some time here. He was a happy camper indeed! We would definitely take him again when in the area. We also stopped at the Children's Museum in the Park,... More

Bring sun block, clothes the kids can get wet in and snacks. The kids will have plenty to do for plenty of time.
