The wooden playground is fantastic here, I have spent many days with my son crawling in and out of the obstacles as well as just sitting and watching the kids play here. There are good sitting areas and shade as well for us adults that are looking to relax while the kids are running around. Very good place to bring... More

Great way to spend a few hours giving a great time to our children. In this park they will safely run around and enjoy all the amenities... If you need to get your child tired for a good nap or night, this is it :) We advise all Meyer Global Group customers to go check and enjoy Sugar Sand Park...

I had never heard of Sugar Sand Park until last week, but am I glad I did. This awesome city park is hidden behind the brush on Military Trail. It has a small science museum that is really geared toward the school-age and preschool crowd with hands on activities for busy fingers and pop culture robot stars of Robbie Robot... More

I remember this park while living in Boca Raton several years ago...I cannot honestly tell you if things are still the same, but back in the day, it was a great "kiddie park" to spend an hour or two with your family. Boca Raton is a great family oriented neighborhood. I miss Boca Raton! I pray that its the same... More

This is an annual event for our granddaughter. She enjoys climbing and the spraying areas. There is also a museum attached to the park which has interesting hands on exhibits.

It's called Sugar Sand Park after the unique sandy ridge which runs along the Southeast Coast of Florida. The sand on the beaches is mostly golden, so its called the Gold Coast. West of that is a ridge of fine white sand the consistency of granulated sugar. The park is a great place to bring the family. There's a working... More

Very nice fenced in playground with swings, climbers, little water area, sandbox, wooden maze type structure. Also has shaded picnic area. There were a couple of walking trails in the park that were interesting too.

Growing up in the northeast, carousels were pretty common when I was a child. I've not seen any in Florida until we took a trip to Sugar Sand Park. This is a really nice dstination to take a toddler to. Our little girl loved the "horsies" on the carousel. She also loved the science exhibits where little ones can touch... More
