Great place to stop and check out what's happening in the Keys. By booking trips through them you can get some discounts off prices, senior citizen etc. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Melissa was awesome!! She was very helpful and informative. We seen the visitor center and pulled right in for help with a place to stay. She got us a room for a decent price and even helped us out the a snorkeling adventure. Definitely stop by for some info if your new to the keys!

My friend and I decided at the 11th hour to go to Key West. No hotel, no activists booked, nothing. We saw the visitors center and stopped. Kelly was amazing and she hooked us up on some great deals. We stayed at a very nice bed and breakfast (Southernmost Point Guest House) and we booked the Ultimate Adventure with Fury.... More

I tried calling to get help booking my trip to Key West. I was cut off and told she was too busy to assist me. She told me to call another time. I needed help today, but she told me she had a room full of people to help. Very disappointed in the customer service at this place!

I stopped there, the place fills a need . Need I elaborate? You want information, they've probably got it.

We needed lodging in Key West during a spontaneous trip. Amelia called hotels and bed and breakfasts until she found a room available for a price we felt was reasonable. She gave us lots of good information, and coupons for free drinks, desserts, etc. This would be a good stop for any KW visitor, but absolutely essential for anyone daring... More

After an initial stop in Key Largo at the Florida Keys Visitor Center, it seemed like a good idea to stop here for more specific information about how to maneuver the streets of Key West to get to my hotel. The staff were not helpful at all in pointing out the streets and turns once in the city to get... More

Well-stocked with information about the town and its attractions; also has information about the other keys. The Pelican historic walking tour map is the best guide to historical buildings in town. Staff very patient and helpful, open 7 days.
