We took a snorkel trip from Bahia Honda and it was pretty good. It was probably a little too rough for beginners. It was my first time snorkeling and we had 2-3 ft swells. The only reason I can't rate it excellent is because we are down to 3% live coral cover, so even though it's the best reef I've seen, it's still a sad, dying reef. More

Nice water. Too bad the reef underneath it is dead. But then again just about all the reef is concrete. Darn. More

While the fish were not as colorful as some places that I have snorkeled, the quantity of fish was astonishing. At times I felt like I was part of a big school of fish! More
