I came in here around 5:00 on Tuesday. The building was old and looked kinda cool inside, and the bartender explained the history of the place to me; apparently it used to be a boarding house a long time ago. The service was great and the prices reasonable. If I were in the area, I'd go here again.

It's nothing "spectacular" but a quaint little bar with good drinks, friendly bartenders, and lots of tvs displaying a variety of sporting events. Has a nice outdoor seating area. And heard Al Capon used to visit there! It's stamped as a historic landmark as well.

During my childhood, the area was known as Forty Acres, but for anyone who did not grow up there, it is known as Trolley Square. It is definitely more for a younger crowd, although local residents still visit Kelly's. Parking is an issue in the area. There is a shopping center directly across the street, but you car will be... If you are in college in Delaware you are in Newark, but if you are out of college and starting out, you head to Trolley Square for your weekend nights, and the anchor of the area is the Logan House.
