Rehoboth is a medium to smaller beach town with a really nice boardwalk. It is easy to walk along the boardwalk and enjoy the stores as you walk along the hard surface walkway. The stores are typical boardwalk stores and there is a bathroom that is clean and accessible. The beach is really attractive from the boardwalk perspective because of... More

As New Jersey natives, we'd always vacationed "down the shore" -- the Jersey shore, that is. But we looked elsewhere after hurricane Sandy and wound up in Rehoboth Beach the last two summers. As others have noted, you can't compare the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk with the best-known Jersey boardwalks -- Seaside, Point Pleasant, etc. But that's not a bad thing!... More

This boardwalk, while not large, is just a wonderful place for a stroll along the beach. We especially enjoyed walking it at night after all the crowds had left. The whole area is quaint with cute and interesting shops. We enjoyed stopping at the Boardwalk Plaza for drink before heading back to our hotel.

Being from the Jersey Shore myself, a boardwalk is no big whoop to me usually. But I have to say, they pack a lot of punch into a small-ish place here in Rehoboth. Tons of funky shops and all the staples, like frozen custard, shops, and snacks galore. This is a great day out. Ride bikes or just walk it.... More

We stayed in Rehoboth Beach for two nights as part of a trip down the DE/MD coast. I've been to Ocean City a bunch before as a kid, and I would say Rehoboth is a bit cleaner, a bit quainter. The boardwalk was not huge, a couple of blocks only, but there were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to... More

It is a short boardwalk, but very nice. Lots of shopping on Rehoboth Ave. Brought back lots of memories.

Quaint area. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Fun people watching. Would visit again and go to the beach.

Do not expect Wildwood NJ or Ocean City MA when strolling on the Boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, While we've never been there in season for Funland to be open, the boardwalk is more for enjoying the company of who you're with versus finding a lot to do. The fact is the planners of this district opted for, and rightly... More

The boardwalk at Rehoboth was sunny, breezy, and beautiful. The sounds of the crashing waves only enhanced the great experience. This is also a super spot for "people watching"!
