It's is a nice theater. Offers the standard fare movie tickets expensive popcorn. It is clean and well maintained. Great November FilmFestival.

Great to have so many movie options so close to the beach. I'd suggest getting your tickets inside at the machine inside the lobby rather than waiting outside in a line in the cold. I appreciate the reduced prices for seniors.
