Best beach in Delaware. Smooth sand and a beach that doesn't slope downward. Plenty of parking even in the dead of summer. Nice bathhouse.

We always go to Key Box Rd. Even on the fourth of July we had a spot to our selves...just walk down a little ways from fishermen. Nice and clean. $10 if you are out of state.

This is the second time we've been here, however we stayed on the South side the first time. We opted for the North side this time to try a little something different. Both sides are about the same - bathhouses, sand and paved sites, lots of sun and beach within walking distance. There is no WiFi, no cable ( we... More

We booked a 3-night stay at this campground south of Rehoboth Beach. It is a beautiful campground near the seashore (a gorgeous stretch of beach). The campground has 2 loops divided by an inlet. Traffic was lighter than we expected so we arrived an hour before the 1p check-in time. We pulled in to ensure we were at the right... More

My girlfriend and I came to camp here about two weekends ago. Planned in advance. Booked for two nights, so about $80 with fees. We go camping frequently, and have been to assateague many times, and wanted to try something different. First of all, the fact this is called a campground or a state park is absurd. It is a... We booked one night as a stop over and based on the pictures we did not expect much. We figured it would just be a boring flat field. We were surprised when it was quite a bit more. A number of our neighbors were really friendly, the beach was excellent, the view of the bridge and the sunsets were outstanding.... More

This is great place to experience the beach. Every year we buy an "out of state" yearly pass (senior price). While we don't use it more than 5 or 6 times, we like the abundant parking and facilities, We have used both entrances to the park. The southern access is north of Rehoboth and the northern access is in Lewes.... More

My family and I enjoyed a nice day at the beach playing in the sand. Only downfall was the hirseflys that eventually got to much to handle. Other than that it was an awesome time!

We take our RV to this state park. There are at least 100 campsites including big rigs to tents. The RV sites have full hookups. There is a nice playground and you can walk to the beach or fish on the inlet. The beach is less crowded than Bethany or Rehoboth beaches, there are lifeguards and a concession area. The... More
