This campground is about 7 miles south of Rehoboth Beach at the south end of the bridge. It's right on the Indian River Inlet with a 5 minute walk to the ocean front. Looks like all the RV sites are pull through. Also has tent camping and camp store. Lots of people catching fish on the banks of the inlet.... More

My family recently stayed at the newly renovated Delaware Seashore State Park campground at the Indian River Inlet. While we certainly enjoyed and appreciated the renovations the new bathhouse bathrooms/showers had an unpleasant surprise. There were security cameras inside the new bath houses both in the bathroom and shower areas. I was fine with the outside security cameras, but the... More

We've passed the park for years then visited the Lifesaving Museum for the first time. The tour was easy and professionally done. The best part was the audio tour available on our cell phone. We called the number and entered each of the station tour numbers to learn about he history and heroics. It was excellent. Read about the kayak... More

We camped for 4 nights recently and had a good time! It was very hot and if you are camping there you need to know that there are NO trees or shade in the area. It was also windy so putting our awning out was not possible. The beach was a short walk from our campsite and everything is newly... More

Great deal at $8/day for car, no worries about needing to continuously feed the meter like at some of the other nearby beaches. If you go down one of the side paths the beach is less crowded, but the amenities are still accessible. It was definitely most crowded near the boardwalk access point.

1.) Beach: We arrived early because it was the 4th of July weekend, but even at 9:30am there was still a ton of parking available. The parking lot is extremely close to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk at most. The parking attendant was very friendly and helpful, and he saved us the parking fee by advising us to... More

If you are vacationing in Rehoboth or Dewey Beach and are not within walking distance to the beach, go here. For $8 a day you have full access to a wide spacious beach, with no hotels or condos looming over you. Plus shower, changing and bathroom facilities. Plus an onsite snack bar, (although DO NOT eat there, bring your own... More

This campground is for beach lovers. There is nothing special or fancy about it. It is essentially a huge parking lot with narrow spaces for RVs to park, with a small little area for a picnic table and perhaps an easy-up or canopy. There are a few tent sites off to the side. The RV sites have full hook-ups which... More

For my birthday, my family and I decided to camp at Delaware Seashore State Park. The campground was very nice - the bath houses were spacious and clean, the sites were pretty large, and the staff/hosts were super friendly. We could walk to the beach from our campsite, and there was some fantastic fishing on the inlet (the campground is... More

Parking was free the day we went. We hung out on the beach and played in the sand. It was such a nice day. Huge stretch of white warm sand that was very clean. The water was amazing.
