The Jolly Trolley is a privately held company that was established in 1970 as the original tour and transportation system for the Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach Delaware USA tourist market. We have grown from 1 Trolley to a fleet of up to 20 vehicles including Trolleys, Buses, Vans, and Cars. Currently we are available year round for local Bus, Trolley, Van and Car service, and regionally for Van and Car service. We have also been involved in thousands of weddings, special events, and local charity events. We have carried millions of riders on our fixed route service between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. We network with several other privately held local transportation companies as well. Unique worldwide, we take great pride in our offering of the most complete and proffessional transportation service in our local area with exceptional service through the use of colorful, fun, and unique products.

Goes Everywhere. Coming back from Dewey at dark. This Jolly Trolley was a godsend, we kept picking up some clubbers on there way here and there. All in various state of inebriation. But nice crowd overall..

Rude driver, we were uncharged first time so we question why priced changed. Our daughter is 6 so age 6 and up you are charged as an adult. That's fine but driver was rude and picked fight. He even continued to start when we were getting dropped off by saying something stupid on pa system Not worth it - took... More

Very Convenient but expensive! 5$ round trip per/person. Cost me 30$ for my family. Think kids should be less $

Just do it! We have a riot talking to strangers and joking around! The drivers are super nice too! Whenever we are in town we have to ride the trolley!

What use to be an enjoyable transportation/tour of Rehoboth/Dewey has become close to mass transit. Multitude of stops are more convenient, but the multitude of people they now cram on each trolley is unsafe. Sign reads please stay seated, but they continue to pick up people with no seats available. May now take this off our regular must do list.

The trolley is a great way to travel. I was fortunate to live on the beach at Clearwater Point for over a year. The trolley added fun to a solo stay. It was great to walk a short half block, catch the trolley, and go out to eat, shop, etc.

The Jolly Trolley is a trolley that takes you to and from Dewey and Rehoboth Boardwalk. It is a great use of transportation. It also cuts down on drunk driving. If you plan on using the Jolly Trolley around 11pm expect some drunks. The trolley is also cheap. $3 for a one way trip, $5 for Round trip. I use... More

We used the Trolley during our family trip to the Rehoboth area. Family loved the convenience and affordable fares. The drawback for some was that the Trolley itself is not handicap accessible.

There were multiple stops on the Jolly Trolley which made stopping and getting on and off wherever you liked very easy. The fees to ride were very fair and the ride is very quick to get around and get into Rehoboth or Dewey beach easily. They have a website where you can see where the Jolly Trolleys are located in...
