This is a good experience for the children: the farm, complete with cows, is RIGHT there. Grab your ice cream and wander around to view the cows. My husband won't go here because of the prevalent manure odors - it can range from "noticeable" to down-right "run to the car!", but cows are living things and too often we separate... More

We have visited this farm a few times. The smell isn't that great, but the ice cream is so delicious. We now currently serve this at the restaurant I work at. People are loving it. Very creamy. Nice place to take the kids on a hot summer day.

After lunch in downtown Lewes, we drove to Hopkins Farm Creamery for dessert. The scoops of ice cream were large and super creamy. The cappuccino delight and mint chocolate chip were delish. This was the creamiest ice cream I've tasted. And the nearby dairy cows (and smell) added to the atmosphere and made the visit more fun.

Great tasting, homemade ice cream made from the dairy cows on the farm. Lots of yummy flavors. Some people may not like the smell of a working dairy farm but it adds to experience.

Very good selection of flavors and a nice area to sit and enjoy the treat. The cows will even watch you while you are eating if you want!

This is the best ice cream...PERIOD!! There is really nothing else to say. It is the BEST!! I have talked to people buying ice cream there that drove from nearly an hour away just for this ice cream. I would just warn anyone going that it is a dairy farm and, well, there are cows there. However, you will never... More

Loved the new winter hours-- this was a bonus during this brutal winter. We love Hopkins ice cream. Found them a few years ago - and it's our family favorite place for ice cream at the shore.

The most fabulous farm fresh local ice cream ever!!! I've traveled the world and the country and this is the BEST!! We travel 1 and 1/2 hrs just to visit Hopkins. My regular choice has been an old style sundae of hot fudge with wet walnuts on top of coconut ice cream ...of course it has whipped cream and a... More
