A small garden dedicated to Mary Vessels who was the first Chair person of the Lewes Parks and Recreation. The idea is to show visitors a back yard garden in a small space. In winter, visitors can see the planned of Spring garden, In Spring and Summer, the garden is in full bloom and visitors can develop their back yard... More

Flowers n plants inside n out of the gazebo are breath taking. This gazebo is in a great location near the rest rooms. I have taken several pictures at this location!

Mary Vessels park is a cute, small green space in downtown histopric Lewes. Here you will find a gazebo, restrooms and a change machine. You can get quarters for your parking meter here! We stopped by the other day to take advantage of the shade that the pavilion provided. There were lots of colorful flowers in bloom. Park was clean.... More

A attractive small oasis in an every increasingly busy historical city of Lewes. The park is a treed and planted plot of land convenient to the attractions of downtown Lewes and is in walking distance to most of the historical attraction.
