This market has a very good selection of vendors with the exception of meat. They could really work on this, other than a lamb guy and one other man who sells beef (when he has it in stock), had to wait until fall to actually buy some, there is a very small selection if you are looking for grass fed... We do have a farmer who raises hogs and chickens and does have been at times. He has been at the market all season and will be with us through November 21, the last day of our 2015 season More

I was just checking out the reviews for this extremely popular farmers market. I have been here several times and all the good things are true. You can eat and shop and relax and even hear some music. However, due to a fairly recent change, your puppy dog is not welcome, We used to hit this market Saturday Morning on... More

Loved the wonder of the fresh veggies, bakery, cheeses, puppy dogs..... only wish we could have brought some plants to bring home, along with other goodies.

This was our first time to the Lewes Farmer's market and it will definitely be a regular stop each time we go to Rehoboth. It's from 8 to 12PM on Saturdays and usually at the Lewes Historical society. It's a short drive from Rehoboth and has a great variety of fresh produce, meats, baked goods, etc. We made a breakfast... More

I've been to many farmer's markets and this is the best. It seems to me as though ALL of the items (produce, baked goods, dairy, meats) are locally grown and sourced, and although most items can be a bit pricier than what you can get at a grocery store, (to me) it is worth the extra money to support local... To be completely honest I volunteer at this farmers market but I started because it is so well done and so worthwhile. All the products must be produced or grown locally. There is so much variety including meats, dairy products, baked goods and all manner of fruits and vegetables. You may very well be introduced to a radish, tomato or... More

The Farmers Market is a Saturday morning must do ... not only for the great items that are sold ... the lamb sausage, the yogurt and chocolate milk, the beef, the crab deviled eggs, the cheese, the mushrooms (the great sample recipes), the radishes, and the fresh produce ... but the weekly activity ,,, the demonstrations and the talks are... Along with a great group of programs such as bookreadings for children and historic tours, the farmers market carries a great variety of local-only produce and other foods. Many vendors sell fresh seafood - some already prepared for deep frying such as oysters and clams. Other vendors sell fresh local organic meats and then of course there are vegetable, bread,...
