Yikes!

Typical ferry ride. A little grungy. Not very friendly employees. Great to do if you haven't before.

I travel this route 10-12 times a year, in the summer season, and have for the last 45+ years. I live in VA and have a summer home a few miles north of Cape May. This is a relaxing, wonderful end to a 3 1/2 hour trip from my home to the ferry terminal, and a significant part of my... More

Everything was great and everyone was so nice except the cashier. She really needs a personality. I would have given a 5 if not for her.

The Cape May-Lewes Ferry is a great way to take your family to two great beaches in one day without the stress of tolls and long car rides. This a great option for those who Love Both New Jersey and Delaware Beaches!

The Cape May Lewes Ferry is a nice outing if you are staying at the Delaware or New Jersey beaches. Pricey if you are taking your car, but cost effective if you are walking or biking. Shuttle Buses are frequent into downtown Cape May and into the Lewes- Rehoboth area, so a car is not necessary.

Great way to short cut the DE tollways. Comfortable ferries, friendly people. Rid can be bumpy or smoothe depending on seas. Great bars at both ferry terminals that we go to (Lewes) even when not taking the ferry.

Our ferry was cancelled due to high winds, and we were contacted with the information, and quickly rescheduled on the next available ferry. Our actual trip was a bit delayed by ice, but that was unavoidable. The trip itself was smooth, and much nicer than driving all the way around.

I have taken the ferry numerous times in both direction. They are very well organized when loading and unloading the cars. There is WIFI available on board plus outlets located next to the tables arranged along the windows. There is a snack shop on board if you need some food or beverages. I love taking the trip. Even in the... More

When going down to Hilton Head Island from Maine, we take the ferry across and stay in Lewes. DE. We were travelling with our two goldens, so we stayed in the car with them. The ride was so calm and the sound of the engines made all four of us fall asleep! Always enjoy the ferry ride.
