We have taken the Lewes-Cape May Ferry several times. In both directions. I have to say that I prefer the terminal in Lewes Deleware a little better. We had lunch at the outside grill and it was good. There are nice seating areas inside. It is a very nice option if you are coming from the Washington DC area to... More

Make a reservation, get there on time and enjoy a wonderfully handled ferry trip of about an hour and a half. If you're lucky, you'll see dolphins or whales.

We took the ferry both ways, the second time was unexpected after a pretty good first time. The reason we planned to take the ferry was because it beat out the time driving and was supposed to have a great view. We boarded the ferry earlier than expected, because they called us to our cars early. The ferry had a... More

Thank you so much for writing such a great review. It really sounds like you had a great time while onboard and we are so happy to hear you decided to come back our way for a return trip. Our crew works very hard to maintain our vessels and they do so all while providing great customer service. We thank... More

The kids loved sitting up front - we saw dolphins jumping just in front of the boat. The staff was great and the kids had a blast!

We drove from Atlantic City to Cape May and took the ferry round trip using a "2 for 1" coupon as walk on's. We took the 85 minute ride over to Lewes sitting on the open air top deck. With a bit of a cloudy sky and nice breeze, the ride was quite comfortable. After the 20 minute stop in... More

We have just ridden the ferry over and back. It is a VERY relaxing experience. Being on such a huge ship. You meet a lot of different person. Their is food on board. Just simple things like burgers, hot dogs, fries, drinks. It is nice to set up top on the open deck and see all the wonderful views. Or... More

We took the 9:15am ferry on a Sunday morning and it was $55 (car, driver and passenger) for a 70 minutes crossing. Perhaps a little on the expensive side, but saved us so much time in driving. We had a bad experience with the rude women whom we purchased the tickets from, but overlooked that and enjoyed the whole experience.... More

Fun 70 minute cruise over the Delaware Bay! On both sides the terminals are first rate. Suggest make reservations during the season if taking your car. Is a little pricey.
