I booked 2 rooms for a 16th birthday party.(I did not set up a party at the water park itself). When we arrived at 1:30 we were told our rooms were not ready yet and check back at 2:30. We were given our passes to the waterpark at this time. When we asked again about our rooms,(we were trying to... more

I made reservations online and told them at check-in. However, I had to complain the next morning when I was charged $30 more than I was quoted online. $189 instead of $159. While doing bills a week later, I noticed that not only was I charged by the Coco Key website but also by the Holiday Inn. Now I have... more

My husband and I are water lovers and decided to spend our 10th wedding anniversary staying overnight here, and although it wasn't a bad experience we wouldn't ever return. We used the lazy river and the water slides a couple of times, then within 45 minutes we were bored and headed for the hotel pool where one can stretch out... more

Coco key water resort in Waterbury,Ct. was very unclean and disorganized. Hot tubs were moldy and pool areas were cloudy. The Hotel pool was cloudy and I could feel dirt and debris on the bottom. The Hotel Hot tub had a layer of mold or some other growth around the rim. Their so called gift bag consisted of a small... more

My family and I went to CoCo Key the 2nd week of July. We stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn as well. The water park has a "jungle gym" part with buckets, slides, fountains, etc. that is good for kids of all ages. My daughter is 2, and the slides were perfect for her. The large bucket that would fill... more

We recently took our family to the new indoor water park in Watebrury and were somewhat surprised with the weekend, considering some of the review we read. The prices are also much lower in the summer and we were able to get an overnight for only $159. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, a bellman was available to help us... more

We went here over the 4th of July weekend. They had a special package that included an overnight stay, waterpark passes, a movie night with popcorn, a moonbounce, arts and crafts and a BBQ with balloon animals and a DJ. I would go back for a one day getaway in a heartbeat. Its not too pricey and nearby are a... more

We had a blast. The smaller slide (with slime bucket sans slime) and on-alert life guards reminded us of the Nick Hotel in Orlando. My 10 y/o and 8 y/o + friends went for the overnight package, which added to the whole experience. Food at the hotel restaurant was decent (lemongrass chicken was good) and kids under 12 ate free.... more

I will honestly admit that we are not indoor water park afficiandos. This is only the second one we've been to and the first was in Charlotte, NC during a weekday when local schools were in session so that park was probably at its best. This time we were visiting during a sold-out twighlight (4-8pm) session during school vacation week... more

We visited CoCo Key Water Resort in the Holiday Inn in Waterbury, Connecticut today (March 2009). Admission was $19 per person regardless of age. No outside food is allowed but there was a restaurant (A&W and Pizza). The "resort" has a water park area, basketball pool, hot tub (indoor/outdoor), baby area, lazy river tube ride, and a large tube water... more
