Each year while my hubby is away on an annual golf junket I visit a spa for some luxury. This spa facility was nice, the treatment was nice (mud wrap with massage), but I don't like the hassle of parking at casino and walking thru the gaming areas - it kills the relaxed feeling. Other than my treatment provider, the... More

Dear Terry, Thank you for sharing your Elemis Spa experience. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to learn your Elemis Aroma Spa Seaweed Massage was nice. We apologize for any inconvenience in reaching the spa from the parking areas. Please note the hotel has valet available, which is the closest option for parking as we are located upstairs. We... I came in for a couples massage and got to enjoy the spa as well. The spa was clean and very relaxing. I will be returning! Tip- my girlfriend stated that the steam woman on the woman's side if spa was out of commission.

I have visited this spa a few times because of the "great deals" that keep coming up. Yet they always end up being too good to be true. Lesson learned. The services are so-so. The front desk people are disorganized, somewhat rude, not accommodating and there is a major lack of communication throughout. The facilities are decent. The prices and... More

Pros: Friendly, professional staff Spa service was excellent (though see cons) Clean Cons: Prices - standard services with major price gouging Spa service times were cut significantly short Facilities need major renovations Detail - Amenities: Agree with other reviews that the spa needs a significant renovation. While kept clean, there is not a spa feel when entering - bright ocean... More

I recently tried this spa for the first time with a few others. Our experience was ok overall, but nothing out of the ordinary, special, or worth the amount of money we all paid. The facility itself is very small, and is in need of updating. The relaxation room is cramped, and quickly became crowded forcing people to sit on... More

I returned to this spa since my last visit in 2003. Outside of the staff, there wasn’t any change. The spa needs updating. The services are overpriced. The basic massages are $50-$70 more than if you visited a local day spa. Lockers, robes and slippers are provided, as well as towels and basic toiletries, such lotions, hair spray, deodorant, mouth... More

I have been to many wonderful spas and I thought because the hotel was very well kept that this spa would be a winner...sadly not. It seriously needs updating...very small(about 4 sinks) small relaxation area and forget the steam room! Hardly any steam and it was so light in there, not relaxing at all. My masseuse was not the best... More

I went with my daughter with a voucher deal. Pros: The deal itself was wonderful.. It included a facial, which was short, but nice.. a "Frangipani conditioning hair and scalp treatment" which felt like heaven, and the best part... a Swedish massage with a "lime ginger salt glow" add-on. I happen to love massages, and this was by far the... More
