machines broken people drop off the kids but they should stay to see the substandard machines and the casino doesn't seem to care to fix them anymore than slots machines with lights out

In regards to some of the games in Kids Quest not functioning, the operations manager informed us that a tech was out last week and fixed all Kids Quest games. We apologize for the inconvenience! More

I dropped off my 3 year old and 5 year old for 2 hours. It was a great service to have so that my sister and I could go to a nice dinner. Although when we picked up the boys mine and hers had peed in their pants. It looked like they had been wet for a while too. I... More

Sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at Kids Quest. We of course want to ensure that all our guests have a wonderful time. The operations manager will be working with the staff to ensure children are reminded more often if they need to take a potty break. Not knowing all the details of your visit, parents can select an... More

The arcade is clean, smoke free (which is not an easy thing to find in Mohegan Sun), and very reasonably priced. $15 gets you 1500 points and most games are 50 to 100 points. It is not all that big, but there is enough to do to keep busy for a while.

Once again my kids spent a good amount of time here and at Cyber Quest, part of the same location. For the 2-days we were there the kids spent almost $150 at these locations. They had a blast and I knew they were safe (which is priceless). The only comment is the staff seems a little short handed, things didn't... More

Love to come to Mohegan Sun because my kids can be dropped off at Kids Quest, where they will have tons of fun and be safe at the same time, while the adults can also enjoy themselves!

Kids Quest is really just an hourly day care facility. Adults can enjoy a show, dinner or gaming while the kids are playing. We live close by, so dont need to use it often, but when we do it is just so the kids can have fun, not because we need to. There is a separate room for infants, but... More

We check the kids into Kids Quest when we want to play in the casino. My kids come out of the complex happy and tired and want to go back. Sometimes they have a better time than their parents. I always allow them to have a snack tab so they can eat what they want. They love the playground, crafts,... More

I have 3 kids, 8, 4 and 1. The older kids had begged numerous times for us to let them go inside since all if the cool attractions (ball pit, rock wall, iPads, wii) are located behind the gates. We finally decided to let them try and they have been hooked every since. They have even cried when we have... More

My daughters have enjoyed it here twice now. We try to keep it to just 1 hour, as it is rather pricey for two kids. It's $10 per hour per kid, but if you're late, they charge you for a whole hour. Kids must wear socks, and if you don't have them they make you buy them for $3.50 a... More
