Too crowded, outdated, only good for kids 6 or younger. Too many people for the space, it did not look that safe.

I thought my kids would love it but they did NOT. They complained that the games were outdated and that the staff paid no attention to them. We did not leave an open account because upon drop off we were told they would be given dinner after a certain amount of time. They were not offered this. Also, the director... More

Me and my husband live an hour and a half away from the casino so it's really nice to know that she is close by just in case. She is almost 11 months old and she has been going there since she was a few months old. She is nothing but smiles every time we go and she is always... More

Kids Quest play area is large, very secure, clean and priced right. They wouldn't even let my sister in to check on my son. You can add additional time for your child if they want to stay longer and you can pre-purchase food for them so they know what they're getting and don't have to worry about it not being... More

This past weekend my family from CA came in to visit. They wanted to have lunch at the casino and we thought kids quest would be a great place for my 9 yr old and his 6 yr old cousin WRONG ! We left the boys there for 2 hours allowing them drinks, snack, and lunch. When we picked them... More

Fun place for kids to play at the casino. Reminds me of Chuck E Cheese with skee-ball and lots of arcade games. Fun iphone games on big screen TVs.

Left our 3 1/2yr old & 17mon old there while my husband & I went to lunch & had a date!! The place is clean, its about the same if not cheaper than a sitter, the staff were very sweet & answered all of our concerns & questions, got a "report" from the 17mon old, admitted his diaper blow out... Honestly there should be a multi kid discount! Over $100 to leave our 3 youngsters for 3 hours. With that said they loved it but not as much as they used to. We have been regular customers for 3 years. Recently they have had trouble keeping a director and the quality of care has gone from 5 star to at... More
