Limited selection of wines, lovely setting, wedding later in day. Nice view of vineyards. Easy to find off main road.

Very crowded but that's to be expected on a Saturday. Staff was very friendly but the wine tasting was limited to only 4 specific wines - no choices among the 8 -10 that they make. Wine was just OK but priced way above market. A good CT produced Savignon Blanc doesn't sell for anywhere near the $27-28 per bottle that... More

My mother and bridesmaids brought me here a couple of weeks before my wedding, and we had so much fun! The staff was friendly and accommodating and I now have my favorite keepsake wine tasting glass. The vineyard was by far the most beautiful one I've ever been to! It was very clean and well manicured. After our tasting (the... More

We love this vineyard. They have a limited selection of wines but the ones they have are good. We love the Cabernet Rose and my wife also liked the Pinot Noir. They have a nice facility with outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery and birds. You can bring in lunch and sit at tables or Adirondack chairs out back. Their logo... More

We shared a wonderful 4th of July weekend with family at our summer home. My husband planned a spontaneous visit to Saltwater Farm...just us! We have visited a few times, some afternoons busier than others. We lounged outside sharing a wonderful Chardonney. This afternoon was especially quiet. I had never noticed before that an active train track was not too... More

Attended a wedding here. It was a beautiful day. Nice facility. Parking is adequate though it could be a problem for a large function. Easy access off I-95. The catering was excellent. The room was kind of cool, in fact it was warmer outside.

This was my second visit to Salwater. The first was with my husband in December and since we had such a lovely time, I decided to bring some girl friends for a "wine weekend." Saltwater did not disappoint the second time around! The first time I went with my husband, we pulled up on a rainy winter day and they... More

We visited last Spring and really enjoyed it. The grounds: Beautiful. Overlooking the river in the distance. It's no surprise so many weddings are here. The winery: A hangar from WWII converted into a classy winery with a mezzanine upstairs for tasting. The stone patio overlooks the vineyard. The service: Great! It was busy, but the bartender was attentive, informative... More

We visited three vineyards in the area, and this one was our least favorite. In their defense, I enjoy sweet white wines and they do not make those. They were only tasting four wines the day we went. I would probably not return.
