I know the owners and they are just caring people. Period. They run a neat place, and if you and you family are into a orchard and berry farm visit, this one in the Ellsworth section of Sharon is a nice place t0 come see.

I went to Ellsworth today to pick apples. I told the woman at the stand that I wanted Cortlands and Macintosh apples. She told me there was plenty of everything. I went to the back of the property for the Cortlands, and they didn't look good at all.....small and sickly looking. Then I went to the Macintosh aisle and saw... More

Support your local famers. They have great produce and cider. They are warm people. Do visit. An overall great spot.

My family and I decided to take a Sunday drive to Sharon for apple picking. The price was higher than quoted in the web site and the apples were terrible. I have picked apples every year most of my life, and have never seen apples in such poor condition. The teen working said they had been the victim of a... More

I am not one to write reviews but I really have to for this one. I drove over an hour to meet up with friends to go apple, blueberry and pumpkin picking at Ellsworth Farm. I was appalled by how rudely we were treated by the woman as we had driven there to support THEM and THEIR farm. We had... More

Fresh raspberries were delicious and picking was fun! The young lady that worked there was very helpful as she even came outside to give me a quick lesson on correct picking!

I bring my family here every fall to get our apples and pumpkins. The cider press if a thing of beauty! The value is fair, and the experience is wonderful. I'm so grateful I have the opportunity to include this place in my family's annual traditions!

This place epitomizes the image of Connecticut as an inhospitable, hostile, and all-around place to avoid. As you drive into the parking lot, you are greeted by a "gentleman" that basically questions you as to what you are doing there. Is this not a farm that is open to the public? The retail store is overpriced and lacks variety as... More

I have been a customer of Ellsworth Farm for years. It is a wonderful place to take family or friends visiting in the area - beautiful scenery, peaceful and excellent fruit. My husband and I like to pick the fruit ourselves. However, there has been a problem with their version of how many quarts we should pay for and how... More
