Spent the whole day at the Spa at Norwich Inn with my sister. You go into the locker room and change into your white robe for the day. Sit by the pool and wait for your name to be called for your massage. So peaceful. The massage was incredible! Best ever! Her name was Maria. So cool and down to... More

I enjoyed a full day of pampering starting with a full facial, delicious lunch outside on the deck and an afternoon hot stone massage. In between, I was free to roam the grounds and enjoy all the other amenities that come with the spa: pool, hot tub, sauna, tea and scones in the afternoon and wine tasting before dinner. It... More

Stayed over for a wedding Labor Day wknd. The grounds were beautiful, but the interior was outdated and needed some improvements! I literally got stuck in our hotel room bathroom because of the old doors.

My boyfriend and I came here for our third anniversary. We had been here before and had a nice experiemce. Unfortunately this was not the same. We chexked in at 6pm for our villa and was told it was not ready. We could howver have a basic room in the main house. The reason we booked a villa was to... More

Have gone to a few parties here and overall there's good food and great service but it's a little on the expensive side.

I have been to the Norwich Inn many times and had the same treatment each time. Well, I was recently there and once again had the seaweed treatment. And I had welts and itching all over my body for three weeks. Creams and medication were necessary to give relief from the irritating itch. After many calls to many people in... More

Spent a long weekend at the Spa with my daughter. Lovely room with spacious bathroom. Fabulous spa experiences. Loved the swimming pool and outdoor areas. Delicious breakfast buffet and especially loved the smoothies at the cafe by the spa. The staff was courteous, helpful, and very friendly. Will definitely return.

So typically I avoid spas and beaches on the weekend because of crowds. No worries here. Service is amazing every time. Thanks Lisa, Flora, Victoria and Ellie for making a terrible day the most peaceful I've had in a very long time. Come in pieces and leave whole is so true!!!

Spa is very well run and the services are great. However you definitely pay for it. Their policies have changed over the years so that a simple one hour treatment now runs about $200 by the time you add the "Usage fee" and the mandatory gratuity. Top-notch service. Interesting historical hotel, but the prices are definitely not aimed at the... More
