Nice small aquarium for toddlers. A few touch areas and an informational seal feeding. Price is a little high. bathrooms arent well maintained. A nice 2 to 3 hour spent there.

the exhibits at the Maritime Aquarium are well planned and well executed. It was fun for adults and children and it helped that we went on a slow day. We had three generations there and everyone enjoyed themselves. We watched the IMAX Lemurs movie and that was great too. I highly recommend this place for an afternoon of family fun.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to review the Aquarium! I'm happy to hear that your entire group enjoyed all the exhibits we have to offer :-) Lemurs is such a fun IMAX movie, hopefully you can visit again and check out our newest addition -- Journey to the South Pacific! Wonderful aquarium with great interactive opportunities for the kids. We go probably 10-15 times a year. Never gets old.

While visting my daughter we visited the aquarium. Although they had been there several times they were happy to go again as there are frequently new exhibits. There was a great bird exhibit and the many hands-on exhibits (Rays, Sharks, Jellies) were awesome. Definitely a kid friendly place and good for adults too.

With the new building and remodel the place is great. Be sure to touch a Jelly Fish (feels like a jello jiggler). Seal feeding and meerkat watching was fun. The new cafe is very nice. So many interesting things to see and learn about. Great for all ages. A cool place to go on a hot day.

Great place to spend 2 to 4 hours. They have recently added a few exhibits. My kids always have a good time there.

This is a place you can keep going back to since exhibits are added and changed. There are several exhibits that are interactive and some of the objects in the tanks are touchable. A shark tank is an interesting addition. The IMAX theater that is a part of the complex shows interesting movies throughout the day. Definitely worthwhile for the... More

The aquarium in Norwalk is perfect for families with small children. There are several places where children can touch and feel sea creatures, even jelly fish, which they raise themselves. There is a wide variety of exhibits and while the aquarium appeals to all ages the design of the space and exhibits and the layout of the museum make it... More

I have been to the aquarium many, many times over the years but hadn't been in a while so I took my 3 1/2-year-old niece. We had a GREAT time. She loved petting the rays (she was scared to pet the sharks) and loved petting the animals at the touch tank (especially the horse shoe crab). Her favorite was the... More
