More educational than entertaining. I was expecting a larger aquarium with more shows and antics. However, was pleasantly surprised to see that a good hands-on experiences including jelly-fish, sting rays, "dragon", spider crabs were offered. Kids loved those! IMAX theater was great! It can be covered in about 3 hours.

The aquarium has a good amount of hands on experiences. The stingray pool is very nice, but can be crowded. The touch a lizard line was short, and the handler was super! The touch tank with the starfish and crabs was good, but again it was crowded. My kids loved the shark tank, it was awesome. Lots of jellyfish, including... More

I think it's a good place for children to learn about marine life. Over all the place was nice. I really like the jelly fish tank!! It's so beautiful. Could spend all day looking at those!

We went to the aquarium w a 2YO and 4YO. Easy to get to by car and $8 parking in garage for the day right across the street. Total was $75 for 2 adults, 1 child, 2YO free, for general admission and one IMAX 4D show and a stroller rental. We were able to see everything in the aquarium easily.... More

Took our 4 and 5 yr old granddaughters who have been there b4. They love everything there especially the sting ray tank, big fish tank and butterfly exhibit. Easy parking across the street for about $5 and a gift shop that the kids would not leave. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Admissions is steep but it is a special place.... More

I've been to a few aquariums... and the Maritime Museum, although one of the smaller aquariums...is excellent... great fun and very interesting. My five year old son loved it and is one of his favorites to date. We spent the whole afternoon there and the experiences he had... Including a jellyfish touch tank, stingray & shark touch tank (most friendly... More

I really enjoyed the many learning opportunities this aquarium has to offer! My favorite was the shark touch tank and the butterfly exhibit! The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Have been to many aquariums, and this one was surprisingly nice. Not huge, but lots of interesting exhibits, including a jellyfish touch tank! Butterfly exhibit was cool. Spent about 2.5 hours to see everything inside, then did the educational boat trip in Long Island Sound, which was also very interesting and filled the rest of the day. Would have liked... More
