Interactive, innovative and inclusive museum with hands-on exhibits...

Interactive, innovative and inclusive museum with hands-on exhibits, observation bee hive, the Great Green Room from Goodnight Moon, and a post office. Each of the 8 exhibits is inspired by the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, articulated by Harvard psychologist, Howard Gardner. This is a rich and resourceful, cutting edge educational theory, which recognizes the multiplicity of children's intelligences and honors the different ways children learn.

Limited hours and It's very crowded on Saturdays. age ranges from little ones to older elementary kids. Some parents just let the kids run wild and my little ones didn't feel comfortable after awhile. Rooms get dirty quickly and I don't think there's enough time for staff to go around and pick up after each mess.

This is a wonderful museum for children, and adults! Lots & lots of hands-on stuff to do. You could spend hours here, thoroughly investigating the items in each room.

Details were a little skimpy and Wall Street was unmarked, but we trudged here with our toddler and it was worth it. Pricing was $22.50 for the 3 of us, babies under 1 are free but mine is just over. Cash or check only. Moderately clean but lovely array of toys for all ages. Life sized The Great Green Room... More
