Do not go to this place if you have a hard time walking on stairs or are in a wheelchair. You have to find a worker just to operate the makeshift elevators. The ballpark food is awful and over priced. The ballpark was obsolete when it opened. Let's hope the Hartford park is nicer.

Made the trek from oh to ct to attend a game and wasn't disappointed at all. Ample cheap parking and average priced tickets. The concourse was clean and full of food choices at below average prices. The team shop was mostly empty I'm guessing since the team is move after this season but picked up a few items. Bathrooms are... More

I've been heading up to New Britain for more years that I'd like to recall to catch minor league baseball, first at at Beehive Field, and at New Britain Stadium for the last 19 years. The stadium is clean, well maintained, and a great location for a family outing to see baseball at very reasonable prices. I was just there... More

The stadium is where I ran track and field for New Britain High School and the late Coach Irv Black. The park itself offers playgrounds for kids, as well a minor league baseball games.

Nice stadium, well maintained. I was unable to find the group of people I went to find. Parking was OK too

We visited the New Britain stadium (a.k.a Veterans Memorial Stadium) for an AAU Track and Field Event. There are actually 2 stadiums in the complex, one with a track, infield and stadium bleachers on two sides, the other is more enclosed, typical of a football stadium. The bathrooms held at least 8 stalls and a concession stand is available.

HAD AWESOME TIME AT BALL PARK. First time there in a long time. Lots of choices of merchandise to buy. Prices reasonable.

Wed stopped to see a ball game on the way through to NYC. This is a really nice, older in a very pleasant way ballpark. Great view from all seats, good food at the concessions. My team lost though...

I don't know why they need to move, the Rock Cat stadium is perfect for the venue. Well placed and plentiful concession stands and ample facilities. Town of New Britain should try to keep this in their community

The ballpark is smaller than a major league park, of course, but you may very well see players that will eventually end up on one of the major league teams, especially the Minnesota Twins, as the Rock Cats are their AA affiliate team. Entertainment is often sheduled before, during, and after the game, and there are regular specials on food,... More
