Enjoyed a "Girls Day" in Mystic and it started with a morning cruise on The Argia. It was a 2 1/2 hour cruise on the relaxing Mystic River. The crew was very friendly and we enjoyed learning lesser known facts about some of the sights along the way. They provided complimentary lemonade and snacks (although we had packed our own... More

A very worthwhile 2 and a half hour sail. The crew narates all the attractions along the sailing route as well as the finer points of sailing. We had a great time.

My wife and I spent the morning on July 6, 2014. Staff was nice and friendly. Make sure to be on time, as one family trying to get on as we were pulling away. On a tight schedule due to the bridge opening. As a result, the family could not make the trip. The price is reasonable, 46 per person.... More

Thoroughly enjoyable cruise of the picturesque Mystic area. Fun and professional crew pointed out highlights along the way. Children ( and adults) can help hoist the sails. Water, lemonade, cheese and crackers are provided. Additional food and drinks may be brought aboard.

This was an excellent, relaxing and educational cruise an a great way to enjoy a couple of hours plus on the Sound. The crew talked about the history of the area, the current issues (ecological, governmental) effecting the Sound and the nearby waters and was very interactive. Snacks and soda were served and participation in raising and lowering the sails... More

Not to be missed 2 1/2 hr cruise on the Mystic river to Long Island Sound. The schooner is impleccable and the crew so friendly and knowledgable about sailing the boat and history of the area. There is time to relax and have a lite snack. You can bring your own food and beverages along. Explore Mystic, a town with... More

Our recent voyage with Argia Cruises was a memory that won't even be forgotten! You may think 2.5 hours is too long for a cruise, but with everything that's involved in the sail, the duration is perfect. There is great scenery and there are many beautiful houses to gaze at as you sail around Fishers Island and the Mystic area.... More

Only a 2 hour sail on Argia can complete a wonderful trip to Mystic, CT. You'll be surrounded by the history of the Mystic River and Fisher's Island sound, while relaxing aboard this beautiful 81 ft schooner.
