This low rating is because of their policies, not the experience. I took this sail about 15 years ago and really enjoyed it. We had a family reunion here this past summer, and I booked a trip for all 15 of us. When the weather was looking quite bad, I decided to pay the $3 each to transfer the tickets... More

We did this cruise on a Sunday afternoon. The weather was great and the sun offset the wind/cooler temp. The crew was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun getting to see various marinas and points along the coast. Would recommend for a relaxing ride on the water!

A beautiful autumn day for the last cruise of the season. Staff were excellent about explaining safety. They shared the the history of the Mystic River in an informative and entertaining manner. The scenery was outstanding. The boat ride even while sailing was smooth. This was an amazing experience!!! Well worth it if you are visiting Mystic.

I attended a conference where a sunset cruise on the Argia was set up as an activity. This was a great experience. A two hour cruise around the Mystic River. Crew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

I nice little cruise of Mystic Harbor. Not a lot to see but a pleasant way to spend a couple hours. Hoped for more time at full sail. Staff was nice. Easy to locate dock and parking area. Close to downtown Mystic for further exploration on foot.

Highlight of our trip to Mystic. Although at first, I thought that $48 per person was a bit pricey, I am very glad that we went on this 2 1/2 hour round trip. We enjoyed it ever so much. We went on the 2:20 trip on the most beautiful day and there was nothing to disappoint. Our captain, first and... More

We took the 2:30 pm cruise on Wed. 9/2/15 and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were among the first of about 15 passengers to board, and we sat on a comfortable seat on the port side near the fore mast. The Argia is a two-masted schooner, 181 feet long and built to carry up to 49 passengers (according to Wikipedia). Our... More

This was the best & most relaxing part of our CT trip!!! Luckily we had a sunny day with plenty of wind for the sails. Crew was fantastic and willing to answer questions. I would have booked a 2nd trip if we had been in CT more than 4 days.
