Fantastic views, grounds and products, their golf program for women is by far the best out there! John, Marissa and staff do a tremendous job with coaching!

The blueberries were plentiful. The peaches were easy to pick. The staff was helpful and nice. It is easy to find and if you want to you can eat at the Apple Barrel restaurant. There are many outdoor picnic tables at the restaurant. The adjoining store has many homemade and other items for purchase. A nice way to spend a... More

We venture hear every time we are in Connecticut. Short Beautiful drive to the orchard. The market / deli / Bakery / Restaurant is amazing. Always fresh food. Has every type of jam or preserve, pie, cake, and fresh vegetable and fruit I could imagine. They serve breakfast on weekend mornings during summer on the deck which is fun for... More

Lyman Orchards is fun to navigate when they have the corn maze in the fall (plus you get to stroll through the store for some nice apple pie buys). We've spent a few lovely autumn weekend days challenging the maze, and it's fun for kids as well. Just remember your sunscreen, because if you are not a great navigator, you... More

Visited during strawberry festival and had a great time. Make sure to reach early to avoid long queues while buying the pickings. Apple barrel store was very crowded. Apple cider and apple pie was tasty. Wished the children wouldn't pick the green ones and waste them. Follow the pick your own sign to parking. Children would def enjoy.

We visited the area to play golf. The course was in excellent condition and not crowded. Following the golf we stopped at the market. The market was loaded with excellent homemade goodies. The pies, breads, etc. were to die for. Plenty of samples and the prices were fair. Lyman Orchard is just not for (apples/golf) anymore.

My boyfriend took me here for the first time two years ago and now it is a yearly tradition. We go apple and pumpkin picking! Then we go to their shop and get their amazing apple cider donuts and some other sweets. Fun corn maze and lots more fun outdoor activities! Fun for all ages!

I've played both the Jones and Player courses a number of times and they are one of my favorite places to play in CT. I prefer the Jones course, but they are both excellent. Tried out their new golf simulator this past weekend and it was very disappointing. The room was small and dark, at least half our shots didn't... More
