My wife and I brought my 8- and 11-year-old grandchildren hear for a pleasant activity on a warm summer day. My oh my, it was more than I'd hoped for. We picked many pounds of berries, plump and ripe beyond my dreams, and brought home 8 pints for $30. Amazing. I baked a pie from a Cook's Illustrated recipe when... More

I have gone here many times over the years and love everything they offer. You can pick your own fruit, if you are in the mood, or go to their Apple Barrel store and buy what you want. I love their strawberries and always make a point to go buy some, but everything in the store is great, as it... More

What a marvelous store...delicious bakery items. Grabbed a little something to eat and sat outside. A gem in the middle of quiet little Middlefield!

Lyman's does a great job. The Apple Barrel has wonderful fresh produce. Pick your own in the orchards is fun and economical! The golf courses are top quality

This was our first trip to Lyman Orchard and so worth the ride. What a great family day with horse-drawn sleigh rides, dog sled rides and Mushing lessons for ages 7 & up. Although the Mushing lessons and dog sled rides sold out fast with reservations needing to made early in the day since those doggies need their breaks we were... More

If you are anywhere near Lyman Orchards it is worth the stop! Beautiful family owned and operated orchards, corn maze in the fall and sunflower maze in the summer. We visited this time in the winter and it was still beautiful. The store serves up lunch and hot coffees and cider.

We bought a Lyman Orchard’s No-Sugar-Added 6” apple pie at Big-Y. The three of us thought it was so horrible that we tossed right into the garbage. The apple slices maintained their shape but inside they were a tasteless mush. (Frozen apples and microwave cooked?) No self-respecting baker would disgrace America’s favorite pie, like Lyman Orchard has.

Hi Heyoka J, Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the poor quality of the no-sugar added apple pie you purchased at Big Y. We apologize for disappointing you, and will be happy to refund you for your purchase. Please know that the apples we use are always fresh, and all our pies are baked in conventional... More

We went to the Lyman's corn-maze last Saturday and had a great time (maze open until 11/3). We've never been to a corn maze before and we had a great time wondering through the field, answering the questions, following the map. The mini fresh hot cinnamon donuts were fabulous. The store was jam packed so we didn't stay in there... More
