visited with my mom and sister March 26. The service was excellent. We stayed at the Grand Pequot Hotel. We valet parked service was quick and efficient. We arrived early around 12:30 but we're able to check in. My mom has a handicap so I rented a scooter. The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable . Foxwoods is going through a... More

This place is big, really big, and not so easy to figure out where things are. I would spend the extra couple of dollars and use their valet parking, because finding your car in one of the parking lots is a difficult endeavor. I made that mistake. The address of Trolley Line BLVD didn't take in my GPS, so use... More

From the extra-special window decoration and bday treats for my daughter (thank you, Michael in concierge) to the Box Office (thank you Cheri and Lisa) who managed to place 3 different seats all together for the concert my teen (and her friends) were attending, to the amazing customer service at the front desk and VIP area, we had a wonderful... I realize casinos usually allow smoking but it seems this is where all the smokers go just to hang out. Way too smokey for a non-smoker, people leave lit cigarettes in ashtrays and dont think twice about blowing smoke or holding their cigarettes in your direction. The non-smoking section is too small. I'm glad I don't frequent the casinos, the... More

Just enjoyed a visit this weekend. We really enjoyed our visit overall except that it was shocking how many of the dealers and casino employees were absolutely miserable. My advice to those that happy with their jobs really should consider getting a new job. People would spend even more money if they cracked a smirk every now and then

I have played poker in New Jersey,Nevada, and Connecticut. Foxwoods has the largest poker room . Its 2 floors. Upper floor for tournaments and lower for cash. Tables have the padded arm rests with cup holders. The only knock is the chairs. One height. The have cushion but if you are tall you can't lower your seat height. Service was... More

The casino's are very smoky, the ventilation system can't keep up. The service when playing is slow/non-existant and the servers attitudes (all that we ran into) are horrible like they can't be bothered. I never liked Foxwoods becuase of this, but had to be here for a convention. I was hoping it had changed, alas it got worse. Mohegan Sun... More

This was my first time visiting Foxwoods. My wife and I stood at one of the nearby hotels that had shuttle service. The atmosphere is cool, and it's fun to just people watch. I played some games at the Fox Tower as well as the Rainmaker Casino. The dealers were hit or miss. Some were great, others were totally miserable... More
