Went to see a Monster Jam show, staff at center was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. Remember what door you came in cause multiple entrances look the same. Seats were comfy as far as the padding goes but so many seats and not much leg room. 5'8''-6' adults and had 1/2'' of space between knees and front of next... More

We attended the jeff dunham show on new years eve. Jeff was excellent but the venue was very dissapointing. We purchased seats on the floor to be close to the stage. Bsd idea. They pack in too many seats. You are seated so cramped in tight it was very uncomfortable. The rows are too close together so if anyone comes... More

Great place for watching basketball or hockey games. Lots of food options. Be aware of steep stairs in the lower sections.

We went to the Rhianna concert - my girls needed to use the bathroom. The line was sooo long - I went to the people in front and asked if we could just use the bathroom in our room at the Hilton - showed them our room key - they wouldn't let us leave and come back in !!! WHY... More

We frequent the XL center for hockey games, concerts, and expos. It is always a good experience. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Concerts can be tough for getting in and out and parking but we park at the lots at few blocks away and walk to the center to avoid the traffic. Set in downtown Hartford, it... More

This place knows how to treat their visitors. I was there for the Big East Women's Basketball championship again and loved. They email me a gave me an option of selecting my seat before the tickets went on sale. I ate at the Comcast Coliseum Club Restaurant and Bar all five days and it was a very good experience. There... Nothing great about it but nothing terrible. My girlfriend said the line for women's line was terrible and that the toilets were overflowing and they ran out of toilet paper which caused her to miss George Strait come out on stage to begin his show

Attended George Strait concert - arrived 1.5 hrs early to find grid locked streets, no police intervention. Took over an hour to go 5 blocks. Parking was full by the time we reached the center. One entrance into the facility with all 15,000 people in the lobby to pass by 6 security lines. Once in the stadium still could not... More
