This was my go-to spot when I wanted to run outside (not the gym) or even just take a walk on a nice day. The view from the bluff is nice and the path is well-tended and fine for walking, running, or biking. It's also fun to collect shells at the beach. So many shells! (Too bad they are almost... More

We use to go there every week for a good walk in the woods. Its great for the family. kids can ride bikes on the trails. It sits by the ocean so there is fishing. Picnic tables are there if you want a picnic. I would go back.

The walk over all (if you visit everything there to see ) is well over 4 miles. We saw it all. The walk is well worth it when you see the views offered. I would definitly go again. And bicycles are allowed. Great for the family.

We went there after it rained, on a cold December afternoon, but it was still lots of fun. The beach is about a mile from where I you can park, but the trail is nice and easy to walk on.

Went here with my husband. We walked the whole trail took about two hours. Stopped to walk on the beaches. Very beautiful park.

With or without your dog. LOTS of letterboxes planted there. (atlasquest.com). My husband and I kayaked there, with our dog. We've taken pictures there, hiked there, and just had a wonderful time.

Great 4 mile loop walk along shore to Bluff Point and Long Island sound. Mostly under trees, good for summer heat and fall foliage.

My wife and I, who are fairly active, decided to do this walk despite very overcast and foggy weather. It was definitely a good decision, as the fog made the falling leaves even more beautiful. You can take either of two parallel trails out to the end of the bluff, and then walk along the rocks and cliffs to see... More

Lots you can do here. Bike or walk the many trails, go to the beach area, have a picnic and enjoy the view of the planes taking off from the airport across the way.
