Tucked in the hills above lake Lillanoah is a small winery that is a real mover and shaker. Dr. DiGrazia has made a science out of wine production. And he does that because he is, in fact, a scientist. We enjoy his wine frequently and enjoy the conversations with him. He teaches us something new every time. He takes a... More

This was our third winery in CT. We were the only people there on a Wednesday afternoon. The server was very young. I believe it is the owners grand daughter. She went through the motions. She wasn't rude but not too excited to see us walk in the door. She did answer all of our questions. For $9.40 you can... More

We have been to other CT vineyards for wine tastings and picnics and this place outshines the others, both in service, wines and atmosphere. Went with another couple and we each bought a mixed case of wines. The tasting was very enjoyable and informative. We brought a picnic lunch and bought a bottle of their white wine to go with... Great little vineyard. Biggest selection of desert wines and ports we have seen so far. All were great. Server was friendly & knowledgeable. Showed up at 4:55pm & they gladly stayed open for us. Will return.

Visited this winery as part of our Connecticut wine trail adventure. The wines were extremely sweet and the server was not very knowledgeable in wine production, grapes or even simply how they make a Rose wine.

Been there 2 times and from all the vineyards I've visited, they have the best wines. White magnolia is my favorite and probably same to many other visitors. Its great to see a lot of young people (25-40) visiting it and enjoying good vine. On my last visit i spend more time on the premises. ... great decision ! We... More

Dr. DiGrazia (a gynecologist) creates a nice variety of wines that are excellent. The winery offers wine tasting and the personnel that staff the bar are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I particularly like their fruit wines and they have some great fall wines that go well with Thanksgiving dinner. Prices are reasonable.

My wife and I really enjoyed our wine tasting at DiGrazia. The wines were very good and they offer some really unique wines that you won't find at other area wineries like their honey wine , blueberry wine, and Paragran, which is a blend of pomegranite and pear. What made our visit special was the time our host, Mark, spent... More
