What was supposed to be a fun day turned ugly when my son was verbally assaulted by another park guest because of his red hair. When I alerted a staff member I was told told this guest would not be allowed back in the ride if he should show up again. Nothing was done to alert security. This guest basically... More

My brother and I visited this park as part of our road trip across the USA visiting theme parks. We had a great time at this park over two days - especially when riding Boulder Dash which is one of the best roller coasters I have ever ridden. We paid $55 each for a summer pass, which allows unlimited entry... More

Park was very clean and well organized, plenty of places to eat good food, rides for all ages and a great water park. 1st time there but I made sure to change my ticket to a season pass before I left, ran out of time to do everything. My next trip there will also include the camping sites, can't wait.... More

First off I was nervous we would be stuck on kiddie rides all day with my 4 1/2 year old to my surprise she was able to go on alot of adult rides with a parrent which works out great just wish they would replace the seat belts on American Flyers my wife is 5'8 at 120lbs and her and... More

1st time I have visited but hope to return. You have entertainment for everyone as you have rides for adults & kids on either coaster rides or water rides. I am more of a water enthusiast so I enjoyed the Raft Rapids which can seat 8 people and you will get soaked. Lockers can be rented and there is a... More

We love to take our grandson here free shoshone antique trolley cars and lots of interesting rides. My grandson especially like the huge waterpark. Free soda & water all day everyday. Special events at Halloween & Christmas. Catering and picnic grounds available for group events. Family fun for all ages.

We took our Westfield MA 7th grade middle schoolers to Lake Compounce for an end of the year field trip. Our band and chorus students have their annual field trip to a closer park - Six Flags, but we like this park, too. This was the second year we have gone there. We like it for quite a few reasons:... Hi Donna, Thanks for choosing Lake Compounce for a second time in a row for your 7th grade class's field trip. We're happy that the park was easy to navigate and we're sure the kids enjoyed their "freedom" while here. We hope to see you again next year! More

Early season trip with our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. Water park was not open yet. Lots of rides for her age kept her busy all day. Lines were minimal on this early day, but I would be concerned with her patience with a longer line. We will find out later as we purchased season tickets. If you plan to... More

Hi rkw321, Thank you for your review. We are happy to know that the park was a blast for your entire family, which is always our goal. As you said you did attend early in our season, so now that we are at our peak, try a weekday trip, where the line wait times are not as long. We look... More

Took my 8 year old and her friend. Got there before they opened, left after they closed. I like this place for the value of a season pass which is only $10 more than a daily ticket. Boulderdash is a fabulous wooden coaster. Park is clean. Waterpark is fun. Not overly crowded on a weekday. Parking was $8, not bad.... More

This park has grown and changed a lot over the years. It's still a nice, smaller-scale alternative to the big corporate-owned parks and is pretty family friendly. However, because of its smaller footprint, it can get to be overwhelmingly crowded in a short amount of time at peak season, so planning off-weekend visits might be the way to go. The... More
