A great little movie theater showing two shows. Make sure you get on their email list for listings and overviews of movies being shown and upcoming. They often feature foreign films as well. And, lots of nice places to eat in Bantam.

It's not big and the parking may get sketchy when there's a popular movie but the Bantam is an area treasure. The snacks are fabulous and the service is friendly. Where else can you go to the movie a little late and have the ticket clerk give you a brief synopsis of the beginning of your movie before you head... More

Nice theater - small, but get there early and you will get a seat. Sometimes you can hear outdoor or next theater sounds if your movie is quiet, but overall a great experience. Like the semi self-service food and homemade cookies.

This theater is adorable, but nothing special otherwise. A great spot for a film on a rainy day, but don't expect anything high tech.

Quaint small theatre without the teenage crowd. Love that it is rural and close to home. Fresh organic popcorn and drinks available. Love the old photos in the ladies room. Movie goers are invited to review each film on the white board.

I have lived in this area forever and Bantam Cinema is a local treasure, but the quality of my experience watching "A Walk in the Woods" was severely compromised by three different people using cell phones within a couple seats iof me. I moved seats twice, but there was no escape. I'm being charitable about the two different groups that... More

Seemed like it could be a nice place. Every interaction people had with the concession salesperson at this tiny theatre was met with a rude response. With the theatre industry sadly in decline hiring someone who has interpersonal skills could help business and make attending a pleasant experience.

Not the lowest price but it is definitely cozy. They have two small theaters, in a sort of classic style. And a full refreshment stand.

Went there with friends. A great night out. We saw Grand Budapest Hotel. It was comfortable, had a good selection of snacks. Fine video and sound quality.

Friendly staff. Roomy and clean. Fits the small Town atmosphere. Great eating establishment next door, Went on a Sunday afternoon show. Not small attendance. Would go again. Ticket on Sunday afternoon a little high ($11). No Senior discount on weekends
