We had a great morning hiking this trail. Do not be misled, this trail goes up and there is not much flat trail hiking. It is a rocky trail with some minor wet areas so good shoes are needed. You will need a couple bottles of water. I am in pretty decent shape as is my wife but this trail... More

Booth Falls is such a cool hike. I would say I am in moderate shape (at best) and this was very doable with a few water bottles, packed lunch and a camera. It is steep in the beginning and right before the falls, but take opportunities to rest (in the shade) and take in the scenery! The falls are great.... More

I read many reviews before going on this hike & it seemed to be a lot harder than what the reviews stated. The 2 mile hike to the waterfall can be very hot since you are at a lower altitude. It's mostly covered with trees with a small walk through an open field which is beautiful. The falls were ok,... More

This was a nice hike, but better done when acclimated because it's uphill and high up. Recommend bringing a water bottle. It's not a difficult climb, just difficult to breath the mountain air if you're not from a place with high altitude. Take it slow: 1.5-2 hours to hike up to the waterfall and 1 hour down.

Hiking along the Trail was one of the highlights of my stay in Vail. Up high in the rockies, it reminded me of the Alps and the Sound of Music. The hills are alive with the songs of the nature that have been sung a thousand years. My heart wants to sing every song it hears and beats like the... More

Wonderful hike up and up. Take lots of water and a walking stick. Took many stops. Lot's of shade but tight trail. Wear correct shoes.

Took it up just to the falls. But it was totally worth it. We did it in about 2.5 hours while stopping a few times along the way to take in the beautiful view! Had lunch at the top and then it took about an hour for us to get down.

This was a great moderate to difficult trail. We hiked to the falls, but left in the early afternoon and hit a rain storm all the way back down. So bring a rain jacket if any chance of rain. The wild flowers and falls were beautiful. The trail was a bit crowded- but it was a good hike worth doing... More

We did this hike (only to the falls) Saturday, July 11 and really enjoyed it. We had two adults and two boys, ages 10 and 13. We were on the trail from 12:15-3:15. It was a pretty busy trail, but it was a weekend with great weather, so that was expected. The falls are nice, and we spent 30 minutes... More

Booth Falls is a tuff hike for people that don't hike all the time. Just take your time. The falls are worth !
