Loved the hike and really pretty setting for a picnic. Good hike for "hikers" but might be too much for beginners or low landers!

My perspective: 61 yr old guy--not in top shape but walk or bike some most every day. This is a fairly strenuous trip. Some almost stairstep sections. geat hike, with incredible views, it is a grunt of a hike,but worth it. Great wildflowers and the lakes with the mountain in the background are to die for.

This is a gorgeous hike. You'll be walking next to a babbling brook for a good portion of the hike. There are even little gorges and waterfalls. At the end of the hike, there are some amazing mountain lakes you won't believe. It's so beautiful. Highly recommend this hike but it is quite strenuous so don't attempt it unless you... More
