Our group of 11 arrived 1.5 hours early with a plan to lunch before a snowmobile outing. The desk attendant, citing a previous cancellation, offered to get our group out early. It wasn't until after safety training with the engines running he let us know we didn't need to return until our original scheduled time. Effectively a "free" hour for... More

Decided to do a snowcat tour as our youngest was on crutches and was not skiing for the week we were in CO. Greg our guide was fantastic and really sympathetic to our son. Would definitely recommend Nova Guides and would love to come back and use them in the summer time.

We took our 7 and 9 year old daughters here to snowmobile. They have great kid size snowmobiles, easy to use. They had a large area to themselves. They had so much fun we had to pry them off the snowmobiles. The guides were very friendly. One even took my girls on a little adventure outside the normal track. Highly... More

we signed up for the full day but 1/2 day was more than enough. our guide was great and the sights on the mountain were beautiful. we arrived the night before at 1 am and woke up at 6am for our tour...a little more time to adjust to the altitude would have been ideal. we were at 13k ft 10... More

We booked both a snowmobile adventure and a Snowcat adventure with these nice folks. They came to our resort and picked us up for each at no additional charge. Because we booked two different packages we received a ten percent discount on both. The people really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. Paul was... More

Greg and Paul have both been with us for years and it's great to hear they are proving a great customer experience. We love to hear when folks tryout both the sleds and snow coach - both fun tours! Thank you for the kind words and don't forget we are here all summer too. More

These folks get it right every time. I go up to Vail every year and always do the half day morning ride (with lunch). This year we had 12 riders. The tour guides are great, as is all the staff, from the gals taking the reservations, to the folks checking you in, to the folks cooking your lunch. The guided... More

It was our first time snowmobiling and it was amazing. Really beautiful scenery and nice trails. It started snowing quite a bit when we were on top of the mountain and we had a difficult time finding the orange posts so we could stay on the trail.

Great to hear you had a fun time. The snow does come in fast sometimes on top at 12,000 feet. I will mention the posting sticks to our trail maintenance manager. Thank you. More

First class outfitters. Took my family of 5 and had a blast. Skip the Tigin tour and choose the Top of the Rockies tour. With the exception of little little kids, anyone can do this. It's expensive, but I'd do it again.
