The gondola ride to the top is so worth it. The views are amazing. Take the time to grab a drink and sit back on a chaise on the patio.

Vail has a wide variety of terrain to ski. They also groom up a huge part of the mountain so there is always someplace to ski. Terrain at Vail can be very challenging. Tne Back Bowls are amazing.

Hi! I went hiking in Vail on Saturday September 13th, when I got to the top I realized I did not have my credit card to pay for lunch. I order a small salad, since I was going to a wedding and i did not want to spoil my appetite (their salads are huge), the nice gentleman made a special... More

There is so much to see and do in Vail in the summer. And it is so beautiful in the Rockies. Clear blue skies, no humidity. Great music scene, great restaurants, hiking, biking, rafting, tubing, fishing, zip lining, you name it. Its all in Vail!

This mountain is the best. I go skiing with my family -- we're all at different levels, and we're all satisfied. Impossible to get bored here, even after a week. It's just huge. Vail is a beautifully run resort, and the vistas are magnificent. This is one of the ski capitals of the world. Favorite mountain I've skied thus far.
