Heard that Vail good tons of snow in march and april. Unfortunately, it was Spring skiing at its finest. Although enjoyed the abundant sunshine, it would have been nice to have some cooler days making some fresh tracks on all those acres of terrain. That being said, the resort is world class. The villages really tie the mountain(s) together with... More

We went to Beavercreek for our second year in a row. The mountain was perfect for my daughter who is a beginning skier. There are many greens to choose from. There are also plenty of expert runs for when we got a little braver. The mountain was relatively free from crowds.

Awesome spring skiing. Good lessons. Buy tickets online with an Epic pass to save money. Three pack of ski lessons save a bunch too. Incredible vistas. Food overpriced on the mountain, more reasonable I. The village. Make a reservation to go tubing. Worth the $40 fee.

We have just returned from a two-week ski vacation to Colorado. We return every year to the area as we have fallen in love with the skiing, the scenery, the friendly locals and the value for money - yes, that last one is correct, value for money. We live in the UK and arrange our own package on-line. We normally... More

As an 59 year old expert skier who is now overweight and unfit I love Vail/Beaver Creek for the huge number of long intermediate runs that are perfectly groomed every day. I would give it five stars were the lift pass not the most expensive on the planet. Seven hundred bucks for a six day pass? A little excessive I... More

I much preferred the skiing here to Vail. It's a fantastic resort. Still too expensive but 'almost' worth it.

If you want bumps - Beaver Creek is your place. Best bump runs. Long groomed runs are abundant at Beaver Creek as well. Easy to get around the mountain - restaurants are well situated (food is expensive). Vail is huge with a variety of runs and restaurants. It will take several days to ski every area of Vail.

Lifts close at 3:30PM, some actually close at 3PM. Grooming is nice. Tickets are much cheaper if you order them in advance, but are attached to specific people, so husband in the morning and wife in the evening does not work with their ticketing system. You would have to buy 2 tickets. The skiing itself is good, but not as... More

Some of the best facilities in the world, snow conditions are fabulous. So many lifts to choose from, you never get to cover it all. Well worth every penny, top notch service and unparalleled mountain.
