the facilities, instructors, programs, and packages are top notch. All three grandsons started at age three. They loved ski school. I'm bringing them back again this year for the "six pack of lessons"

My kids (now 13 & 17) have taken various ski and snowboard lessons over the years, and whether group or private, we have always been amazed with the progress each day! One tip is to book the U4 lesson, which is more than regular group lesson, but less than a private. If less than four kids show up, you really... More

I went to Vail with my family, my husband and my 3 kids, Monica 9, Jose 6 and Esteban 5. We went to Golden Peak Ski School in Vail instead of the Lionshead Ski School. I just want to say that the service in ski school was amazing. My kids are native spanish speakers, although they know english, but they... More

The classes are good. But come on a private for 750, a group for 175. They only pay the instructor 60 bucks. That is totally out of whack

I decided to sign-up for a "Max 3" lesson for 179$; great deal. We ended-up with just two in our group with the instructor so this was fabulous. My goal was to become more proficient with the more difficult runs and we worked on some techniques to achieve this well. Very satisfied and will do it again on our next... More

I am 60 years old and in a moment of madness, signed up for a "Max-3" lesson (no more than three people per instructor) to ski bumps. Turns out i was the only person in the lesson.....and 3 hours later i had been transformed from "Oh hell, bumps" to "WHHOOHOO! Bumps!" Amazing, patient instructor.

It's a bit disorganized when you first get up to the school. No greeter no "Hi, let me point you in the right direction". The students look lost and confused as the instructors huddle and mingle with those they know from days past letting you stand their looking foolish for a good amount of unneeded time. Finally, once you get... More

I had 4 of my family in day-long ski lessons this past weekend, and the experience parallels the polarized reviews here: when it's good it's great, but when something is amiss it becomes a larger issue than it should. Also, I'd probably have lower expectations (and thus a higher rating) if the fees were lower. GOOD In one long day,... More
