I loved this park, with all its people...but most impressive was the water that ran through it. Telluride Town Park is A lovely, beautiful park amongst a gorgeous mountainous range in the distance..it lies between a box Canyon. If you have never been, it's worth it to visit! We were there during the Telluride Blue Grass Festival. You will need... More

Like everything else in Telluride, the Town Park is within walking distance. I rent some cross-country skies at a sport store on main street / colorado ave and walked over to the town park in the early morning. The town park has an area just for cross-country skiing. It is flat, circular, and was groomed daily (grooming starts at 9am).... More

This place was a fun experience for my family! We visited with kids aged 5-10 and all really enjoyed the sledding. You can rent sleds for $6 or bring your own. They have two slopes you can sled from. One being steeper than the other. It was our first time and we did great on both. I would definitely recommend... More

Other cities should take this town park as a model. It offered a great sledding experience for our entire family. We parked our car and walked approximately 100 yards to the back end of the park to enjoy sledding. With its proximity to town one can simply walk from the town. Great experience for free.

Best Place to See a Music Festival if you like Your favorite Band and Double rainbows, to discover new favorite bands, take a hike, take photographs, super cool vendors like the fascinator head hair accents made by Debbie. Its just a lot of fun. i saw zztop this fall! I love the Blues Stage in the Hockey rink!

The Labor Day picnic for the Telluride Film Festival is always in the town park and is great fun. They have now added an additional theatre -- the Werner Herzog - so that much more time is spent in the park.

Festivals here are common and the lights on the canyon walls and echo of sounds is awesome. Nice just for using as a "park" also.

The Telluride Town Park is located next to the southeast part of Telluride, where Pacific St. comes to an end next to the entry bridge, and next to the San Miguel River. It has sports fields, open space, a reflecting pond, an outdoor performance venue, trailheads and of course views of the beautiful mountain scenery in the vicinity. A great... More
