We loved our adventurous snowmobiling tour! In particular, the 'free' riding while at Sacred Meadows was exhilarating. The snowmobiles were very comfortable and easy to operate. Hot cocoa & hot cider were offered before and after our ride. The tour guide picked us up at our hotel and also dropped us off, which made it very easy. This was our... More

My girlfriend and I were visiting Telluride and decided to book a half day trip with Telluride Outside to Imogene Pass and Tomboy Ghost Town, with no former knowledge of this company other than their websight. Our driver and guide Scot picked us up at our hotel at exactly 8:00 am as scheduled and after picking up others at various... More

Went up to Tommy Boy old mining town, couldn't get all the way to Imogene because of snow. Snow, golden Aspens and green Aspens all in the same view. Incredible. Scott was a great driver and historian re: old mining town and operations. He also took us to the base of bridal falls.

We went up Imogene Pass from 8-noon. Our driver Scott was knowledgeable and informative all the way up. One couple was so scared they got out and walked 1 1/2 mile down the mountain, shortly after we began. The mines and views at the top were amazing. The ONLY negative was as we were going up, another Telluride Outside 4x4... More

I have to admit, I was very nervous about this ride. But once I met Roger and he explained how often he had been over this pass, and how long his family had lived in the area, my fears flew away. This was one of the best highlights of our entire trip. The views were spectacular. The ride was beyond... More

We had a party of six to venture up the mountain side to Tom Boy mine. The ride is an exciting adventure up a very steep and very narrow mountain rode. Our guide, Richard, was informative, friendly and courteous. He gave us a fact filled history of the mine and of the gorgeous town of Telluride. The trip was a... More

We were recently in Telluride and were put in touch with Brad (from Telluride Outside). I must say this absolutly made our trip! The fishing was incredible, and everyone was so friendly! It was an excellent experience from start to finish - and I have already told several of my friends about this company. They take all of the work... More

My husband is an avid Fly fisherman and took our 12 year old Grand daughter. Colorado Outside did a first class job. When my husband set up the trip he asked for a guide that would be good with a 12 year old girl. Troy picked them both up at the place we were staying and brought them back when... More

We took the $100 bike tour down the Rio Grand Southern railroad bed. It is mostly on roads sharing with cars and no exercise whatsoever because it's downhill. It may be fine for some but we sped downhill with hardly time to enjoy the views. And we should have had more trail time. Riding the old railroad bed is such... More

Breathtaking beauty, off the beaten path, great guides. It's quite bumpy, so I recommend padded biking shorts if possible. Mosdef a worthwhile morning in the backcountry!
