Keeping your eye on the ball and off the towering peaks surrounding the Telluride Golf Club may be your toughest challenge when teeing off at this breathtaking course, perched 9,500 feet above sea level. This par 70, 6,574 yard, 18 hole mountain resort course is surrounded by the highest concentration of 14,000 foot mountains in the United States. While the breathtaking beauty may be a distraction, the altitude works to your advantage as Telluride's air creates less resistance against the golf ball during flight, translating to longer drives and breathtaking beauty.

Spent the day at Telluride Ski Resort learning to ski. As a middle aged man, deciding to finally learn to ski was no small decision. And once I made the decision, I was still worried about gear, navigating the ski hill, and getting hurt - not to mention the actual learning. My instructor was Mary Pat Haddock and she led... More

Skiing was good mostly due to heroic efforts of the grooming team Thanks to Mr. Stob and all involved. Lift reliability needs to be addressed.Food and beverage is good but incredibly over-priced,as most area sustinace is. Some additional grooming on lower Little Rose and lower dynamo would be beneficial and fairly easily accomplished.

Snow had gotten a little thin, but we had a fun weekend and would make sure to come back here again... lift lines were short and the staff were friendly. Like everywhere, the lunchtime rush was a madhouse and the jostling to find a seat was a pain, but that's the same at every ski destination...

We were in Telluride just after Christmas for the first time, and we LOVED IT! We had a 5 and 6 year old in ski school and 3 teenagers with a private instructor (Rogan). My 5 year old daughter hates to be dirty, doesn't really like swimming, and hates to be cold, so we were crossing our fingers that she... More

Great skiing, need some more snow, careful going down the front... lots of man-made snow simply freezes all night and day with no sun exposure at all!

Very small lift lines in ski season and the golf course is so pretty you don't care how well you play

We rode up and hiked around on the trails that were open. Took some cool pictures and played disc golf instead nearby.

You really can't beat the scenic views of this luxury ski resort. The lift lines are short and the runs are well maintained. Plenty of terrain for skiers. This is not a great resort for boarders as the terrain lends itself more to skiers , which I do both. People who work here are genuinely happy and helpful which makes... More

Beautiful we'll groomed wide open trails. "Can't get here by accident" is the visitors motto. This makes it a less crowded mountain for skiing, boarding and all things ski resort.

I spent the weekend skiing here, taking in the mountain views, and eating at the local restaurants. The skiing and snow conditions were excellent. The mountain is meticulously groomed, and offers a wide variety of skiing terrain that is served by more than a dozen or so ski lifts. The mountain has an insane selection of mogul runs with varying... More
