Terrific Ski Area with mixed terrain for all levels. Best ski school and instructors are great. Kids school is outstanding and well managed. People are more laid back than at the bigger areas. And while easy to get to it does not generate that daily crowd like some of the closer areas to Denver. Good lodging and free bus service... More

This is our 4th time skiing at Steamboat and we rate it as one of the top resorts in the world. Fast efficient lifts, well groomed slopes to suit all levels and an abundance of back country, off-piste options. Great spring offers (3 day lift pas for $99) and outstanding conditions well into April make it a 'must try' for... More

You should go to Steamboat. The gondola brings people to the top of the mountain. I went to the top of the mountain before. You should try snowboarding lessons. It is very fun. You will like it a lot. You should have some hot chocolate a lot. hot chocolate is good. You should all most drink hot chocolate every day.... More

Our first time skiing in Colorado and we all had a wonderful time. The mountain had plenty to offer for our family with varying abilities. We had a great lesson with a terrific instructor who showed us the mountain and improved our technique. Look forward to returning!

Well designed fun ski area! We had a blast and even got a some surprise powder turns in. The lift attendants are great, although some of the lifts seemed a little noisy and bumpy - like they've had a long hard winter. We'll come back for sure.

We enjoyed skiing here. We went with three other families, and there was enough skiing for all levels. The faciilties were clean and comfortable. Lifts were never too crowded. The only gripe is that in Wally World, part of the mountain, there is really no easy way to get back to the base. This requires skiing down, taking a lift... More

Great place to ski. The snow was as beautiful and light as they say. Champagne really does describe it. There was a ton if snow and so many different runs. It was a great place for beginners and experts alike. We have very different levels in our family and also used the ski school. Our instructor for private lessons was... More
