Snowmass offers a great variety of slopes for beginner/intermediate skiers. We were amazed by the size of the area: super-wide slopes, really long runs, lots of space... sometimes we had an entire slope to ourselves! There are also some nice restaurants/lodges on the mountain for a quick bite/rest. Lifts are in great condition (we only found one without a bar...... More

Loved the size of the mountain, however the weather, while great was not good for the snow quality. Blue skis and warm temps

Snowmass has just about the best ski slopes and facilities in the world for beginner to advanced skiers (there are perhaps better places for experts but Snowmass certainly has good expert terrain as well). Perfect for families/groups with a range of skills. The lifts and gondolas are comfortable, fast, safe, well marked, and clean. All the staff including ski instructors,... More

We traveled mid March, and boy was it warm! Many of the ski properties had closed lifts due to the melting snow, but Snowmass had all their lifts open and the mountains were well groomed. Loved the staff and enjoyed the variety of slopes

Snowmass is terrific for all levels of skiing. You can just ski all day on wide open terrain. Great for kids too! Terrific school. Try it, you will like it!

The convenience of being able to walk out the door and jump on your skies! Walking around the village was so easy, and if you wanted to go anywhere there was always a bus going to the next ski resort/village. The Aspen airport was 10 minutes away, it was a breeze! PLUS GREAT SNOW!

Lots of skiing trails across all levels of difficulty. Restaurants, ski shops and mall all located at the slopes. One of the nicest spring skiing locations i have visited.

There is a run for everybody on this mountain. It is huge. And if you think you're really in shape, start at the top of Big Burn and go for the bottom.

I am a solid blue skier and this place was great for me. The terrain is expansive and the grooming is great. The on mountain amenities were first rate. The only thing missing were glove warmers.
