The stores are grouped in 4 or more sections, some being very far apart from each other. Unless you want to ride the trolley, which we never saw, you have to drive from section to section. However, the stores that are open have a good selection and very friendly staff.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We love feedback and enjoy hearing from the customer's perspective. If you felt the mall layout is a bit spaced out, we truly want to offer a mountain and shopping experience. It's a rare find to have a beautiful river running through the center of a mall :) I... Followed signs to Bass Shoes and no store at the end of our quest. Disappointed that management cannot update signage when a store pulls out

Thank you for taking the time to review us! We really appreciate all feedback to make the Outlets a better place for all customers. I agree, a few of the signage pieces remains in place for the recent departure of the Bass Outlet which can make navigating the Outlets a bit frustrating. Since it was so recent, we are addressing... This is a place in where you can really enjoy shopping. If planning to go, reserve a whole day for it, since it just one store you can spend 2h (as it was my case). Some distance from village to village, but a shuttle is available to go from one to another. Also walking is possible and underways are available.... More

The outlets at Silverthorne have declined but you can still grab plenty of bargains if you shop wisely, especially for children. It is very spread out and the shuttle isn't all that frequent. Quite walkable in summer but not in winter. Very few places to eat or drink. A pretty setting with the river.

Hi Joan, Thank you so much for posting a review! We love getting the customer's perspective and truly value your shared experience. Check out J Crew for kids clothes, they just started carrying a line of kids you gotta check out! Have a wonderful winter season, ~Anthony More

Make sure you have plenty of time if you come here. The Outlets at Silverthorne are three 'villages' that are fairly close together. You can walk between them but not easy in winter or if laden with shopping bags. There is a shuttle bus that goes between the areas but that slows you down too. While I'm on the negatives,... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write about our center! We love hearing the feedback and would enjoy seeing you again. There is a route on the Summit stage bus that drops off next to The Red village if you take that transportation to us in the future. Also, the Blue village is close to the transfer... More

Having done Golden, herself wondered if we could perhaps visit an outlet centre before we flew home and the Denver guide had mentioned this one just to the west. Well just was a classical "Brit" understatement - serves me right. A goo 45 minutes driving later we were still on the road. Eventually for there and OK the usual open... More

The Outlets Stores are all staffed with friendly sales clerks, ready to let you know that everything in the store has an added discount. They make for a relaxing shopping experience. The day we shopped - American Eagle was an extra 40%off! Be sure & get a VIP card for more specials. Levi's, UnderArmor, Columbia, Chico's, & Ann Taylor are... More

Multiple strips of outlet stores with a trolley to take you to and for or just drive and park. All kinds of stores for adults to kids. Even a Colorado store for the touristy things. Nice spot to stretch your legs and take a break from driving.

The mall is spread out into three locations so you have a little driving to do, but we found some great deals at the Columbia store and the Ann Taylor outlet store as well. Bathrooms are well placed. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

My biggest complaint is that there is no easy way to get from store to store because of how they are spread out. The shuttle is slow and so I always end up driving. It's a pain having to find parking more than once. I would give this a higher rating if there were a better shuttle service or an... More
