On June 28th we took our family on a 1 hour ride in the mountains. The ride was incredible, the views were stunning, and the experience one that will not soon be forgotten. Sue and Stephanie were excellent hosts and took plenty of time and actually cared about our experience. The ride was informative and fun. We have small children... More

My family of four went on a 2.5 hour ride, and we can't stop raving about the experience. Sue was a pleasure to work with over the phone, and from the moment we met her it was clear she takes the safety and care of her riders and her horses very seriously. We went out at 8:30 am, and I... More

I took my children, ages 9 & 13, on their first trail ride, yesterday. We went in the morning so the ride was nice and comfortable and the views of the sagebrush, flowers and surrounding mountains were spectacular. Thanks Anne for making their first experience with horses a lot of fun!

Me and my girlfriend came out for the sunset ride. Her having experience on a horse and me having zero. The staff was excellent about teeming up the correct horse for the riders experience and weight. This shows that really care about the way their animals are treated and about the customers needs. We had an amazing ride threw the... More

I recently had the opportunity to take a good friend on a terrific 2 hour horseback ride in the mountain range a few minutes south of Poncha Springs, Colorado. I have been riding horses for over 50 years and consider myself very experienced on the back of a horse. I would be remiss to say that this is a must... More

Our band was playing for the FibArk festival and we took the kids with us. We found several things to do around the town of Salida(of course) but last year we took them horseback riding and they loved it so we booked it again! Upon arrival, the horses greeted us right away by coming over to say hello…the boys loved... More

Had a great experience with this company. Myself and some friends went for the 2 hour ride and were taken up to 10,000 feet over looking some beautiful Colorado country. Before we started Sus gave us a very through safety and riding lesson. The horses were great, she even added some background info along the way of where we were... More
