Owner description: Captain Zipline is now an Adventure Park! Come and play in our canyon on our best-in-the-west Canyon Aerial Course ... Fly across our ziplines while on the Lost Canyon Zipline Tour ... Or climb the cliffs while attached to a safety tether on our Via Ferrata Courses! Captain Zipline has created an amazing "jungle gym" in the canyon--a challenge course with elements such as swinging bridges, tightropes, cargo nets, balance beams, a trapeze, etc. The tour has over 100 elements with courses that are rated like those of the ski resorts--from entry level to black diamond! Guests can now book the Canyon Aerial Course and Zipline tours online. We also have a new Visitor's Center, located only about 1 mile from the Park. This Center is our NEW Meeting Place for ALL TOURS: 1500 County Road 45, Salida, CO 81201.

My husband and I had a great time with Captain Zipline. Our guides, Josh & Rob, were awesome. They had a great sense of humor, educated us about the area as we went along and most importantly for first-time zipliners, instilled an absolute sense of confidence. (They also gave us a great recommendation for pizza at Amicas in Salida afterwards-highly... More

My husband and I visited on our honeymoon. We are both afraid of heights but with the lighthearted jokes and reassurance of Cory and Derek we had a blast! Fun for all!

My brother and I absolutely loved our trip with Captain Zip line. Not only was it educational, the views are indescribable, and the guides (Rob and Randy) were enthusiastic and friendly. I'd highly recommend visiting them and zipping across the canyon!

We headed to Colorado in late September. Ziplining was a birthday event for one of group of 5. What a great idea! We were in the mountains and didn't have cell service. Nonetheless, one quick call of "we will be there.." was all CZ needed. We showed up the next day and were ready to go. Preston and Rob were... More

There were 5 of us and none of us had ever been zip lining before. IT WAS AWESOME! We had several more people besides our family in our group and another group right behind us. The staff managed the numbers well. You arrive and have to fill out the cursory paperwork, then pile in a van to head to the... More

This is a great attraction to visit if you are in the Salida/Buena Vista/Canon City area. The ziplines are fun and the adventure park is a great time! We've done both for my daughter's birthday parties the last couple of years and all the teenagers really enjoy it. Appropriate for all ages and skill levels. Staff is really helpful and... More

Look no further for great family fun and adventure than Captain Zipline. The Aerial Course is great fun, safe and a perfect adventure. It's akin to being your own Ninja Warrior, but with all the safety bells and whistles all rolled into one. Us Senior Citizens found it as exhilarating as the younger participants. Josh and Preston were awesome. The... More

We visited the Salida area in August of this year. Doing a Zip Line had been on my bucket list for quite some time so when we saw the sign we decided to go for it! I was really nervous but can honestly say that it was a great experience, our guides Josh and James were great and I felt... More

We visited the Salida area last Labor Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised. We actually first were in Canon City and doing the white water raft trip that partners with Captain Zipline. Our son is a cadet at USAFA and we wanted to do something fun while visiting. We were not disappointed. Even I felt safe and prepared. You get... More
