Captain Zipline is now an Adventure Park! Come and play in our canyon on our best-in-the-west Canyon Aerial Course ... Fly across our ziplines while on the Lost Canyon Zipline Tour ... Or climb the cliffs while attached to a safety tether on our Via Ferrata Courses! Captain Zipline has created an amazing "jungle gym" in the canyon--a challenge course with elements such as swinging bridges, tightropes, cargo nets, balance beams, a trapeze, etc. The tour has over 100 elements with courses that are rated like those of the ski resorts--from entry level to black diamond! Guests can now book the Canyon Aerial Course and Zipline tours online. We also have a new Visitor's Center, located only about 1 mile from the Park. This Center is our NEW Meeting Place for ALL TOURS: 1500 County Road 45, Salida, CO 81201.

Ziplining over beautiful canyons and great views of the mountains and the river

We had a phenomenal time with very professional guides Josh and Derek, who made it fun but also very safe.

The zip line course was beautiful over the canyon. If you look at other zip lines in the area you will see some that just zip between platforms over basically flat land. You want a thrilling experience that actually feels like the great outdoors and Captain zip line is great! We looked carefully at pictures and video to make sure... More

Bring your music trivia knowledge and challenge Josh! He knows a lot about 70s and 80s music even though he is just a young lad. Kidding aside, the guides made the great zipline experience even better. We had music all along the way thanks to Josh and plenty of fun banter about music trivia. Made it feel more like a... More

My family had a great time. This was our first zipping experience. There were a lot of fun by zipping through those beautiful canyons. We have done it as a family by conquering our fears and encouraging each other. Our zip line coaches, Jonah and Joe, had made our zip line experience so wonderful. They're patient and very skillful. The... More

The aerial park was a great activity for my kids age 7 & 11 during our spring break this year. Basically an aerial park is a multi level obstacle course suspended above the ground. I was impressed with the safety, the friendly guides (Josh) , and the gorgeous setting in the canyon. Several times my kids thought they could not... More

Our second visit to Captain Zipline proved just as thrilling as the first. Our family of 5 had a great time. We lucked out and had the same guide as our first trip last summer. Josh is full of personality and fun as well as knowledgeable about the area. Safety is always first and we were made to feel very... More

We had a family reunion nearby and went in groups for the zipline and the course. The zipline was a little different from other lines we have done. You use your hand to guide your direction and speed so it's literally more "hands on" than the others. Everyone fully enjoyed both activities!

Amazing customer experience! Talk about going above and beyond! While on our way to meet up for our zipline adventure, we were in a car accident. Myself, my husband, my little boy, and our friend were T-boned and pushed into a telephone pole. We all went to the hospital to get checked out. When our friend's mom called the owner... More

I have used Captain Zipline twice and both times have been fantastic! We had a great time. The guides were very knowledgeable about the area's history and information. We felt very safe the entire time and enjoyed the awesome views. A herd of big horn sheep even visited the canyon while we were flying over them. It was a fabulous... More
