This is a nice lake. It's a lot bigger than what I had originally thought, it seems like the shoreline is several miles. It was nice to watch the sailboats and other vessels floating around.

nice area to get lost in...so many different places to fish, camp, hike, boat, swim, and just enjoy nature at it's finest....good fishing....and you meet the nicest people......friendly, but then again most outdoors people are...exploring the trails and looking at different rock formations, fantastic variance in topography....

We just moved to pueblo and were looking for a place to go relax and have lunch. We came here and its so clean, quiet, and beautiful. There are boats in the marina with great views. Picnic areas, and full campground with hookups and much more. Really enjoyed it and cant wait to explore more.

I love this place even though there are very few trees, there is so much to see from below the dam in the Arkansas river - fishing anytime and tubing in summer. Great walking trails everywhere and they are paved. while walking you are likely to see deer, bobcats, rabbits, all sorts of birds and variety of other animals. Above... More

Great place any time of the year. It's big enough to get away from the crowds. Marines are well established. Lot's of things to do from fishing, boating, mountain biking, road biking and even fly fishing the tailwaters. I have experience all of the above and have never been disappointed. The park staff is great and managed very well. Great... More

Stunning views of the Spanish Peaks, Wet Mountains, and Pike's Peak from a well maintained trail system.

We live about 10 minutes from the reservoir and love to visit there every chance we get! There is a South Marina and a North Marina. Both areas have camping facilities. There are biking and hiking trails. Beautiful!

We had to pay daily for every day there, no paying a week in advance, and it's expensive camping with hookups. The rangers were nice and helpful.

During a recent trip to Pueblo, I took a drive out to Lake Pueblo. A short drive from Pueblo and I-25, the Lake or Reservoir was beautiful. Taking the North side route, one is offered views of the entire lake. Some shores meeting level ground and others cut-off by cliffs and rocks. A nice view indeed. From my vantage points,... More
