The Buell Children's museum was ok. There were a few stations for kids to do some self guided art and an area to play and read. This museum is very small tho and doesn't compare to the Denver children's museum. The "adult" museum next door was included, buy it was the lamest museum I have been to. There were two... More

Sangre de Cristo is so much more than just an art center, though the art is spectacular. It also has plays, music, and dance. There is also a wonderful Children's Museum which changes its themes seasonally, This is a hands-on experience for children of all ages. There's something for everyone here. And you can even have lunch at Franco's Bistro.

Not only does the Sangre de Cristo arts center boast the beast art display in southeast Colorado, they have a state of the art theater in support of the performing arts. Climate controlled, spotless & convenient restrooms. If you enjoy just about any form of art, this is a worthwhile excursion.

There is a great collection of mostly western art here and they also host a lot of smaller travelling exhibits. Also in the complex is a wonderful childrens museum/activity area and a performing arts complex.

My family recently visited the Buell Children's Museum at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center and had an extraordinary experience! Most children's museums we attend around the country have the same old standard types of exhibits-a water feature, mini store, etc., but this museum was a great surprise! Exhibits were fun, interactive, challenging, and appropriate for all ages, and we... More

The Childrens museum is a Nice place to visit once in awhile. Gets boring though after awhile.. They need to change up the crafts more often. Not much else to Pueblo though...

This entire facility captivates me every time I come - from the foliage and sculptures of the outdoor grounds to the galleries to the performance venue to the children's museum to the arts classes, I always discover something new (and I've been here a ton). My little one is wild about the children's museum, and for good reason - with... More

Has different shows with displays and sometimes speakers. Changes frequently but at times, there are no displays. Grounds are great.

Nice place. Great views from all seats. I loved it. They should add more acts and shows. I would go more often. check them out.
