They give you a wow sticker when you pay to go into the lobby masquerading as a museum. This symbolizes wow we payed for this? I could recreate this lobby with some paper, water colors, and items from my recycling. The computers with apps that i have on my phone was a real hit with my kids! Ok it wasnt... More

People may think that Pueblo does not have much to offer, but a closer look reveals this beautiful museum that is truly an eclectic art venue. Featuring a wide array of fine art, crafts, classes for the community in all areas, a huge conference facility, wonderful theater, and a children's museum, this is definitely a place not to be missed.... I was never a huge fan of Picasso and wasn't very knowledgeable about Matisse and Chagall but since they were only in town for a little longer that I was I thought it might be a once in a lifetime chance to see such an exhibit. SOOO glad I went. I learned a lot about these three artists and gained... More

The Sangre de Cristo Arts Center and it's adjacent BUELL Children's Museum is a hidden and very under advertised gem. The BUELL Children's Museum was named the number 2 children's museum in the country by Child Magazine, and NO ONE KNOWS! The very reasonable admission ticket includes both the art center and it's exhibits AND the children's museum as well.... More

We went backwards through the museum, but still got the story. We started with the new exhibit about the Ludlow Massacre in 1913, which incorporates some technology, and is very well done. A quick visit of about an hour. It's small but well-done.

We brought our two-year-old to the museum and the whole family had a good time. The museum is big enough for hours of delight and small enough to have a nice sense of scale and not getting lost in a madhouse like some children's museums. We were there for the Wizard of Oz theme and the theme changes quarterly. It... More

This is a nice convention center and museum with Interesting art and displays. Keeping with the theme of American war heroes, it is a nice feeling. The restaurant looked good too, but was closed when we were there.

When we moved to Pueblo in 2012 one of our first inquiries was to see the community art theater options. After touring the center we became Season ticket holders and have enjoyed the performances we have seen for the past two years. We have friends who have live in this area all of their lives and had never gone to... More

Took my two boys (8 and 5) to the Children's Museum. It was great. Lots of activities and special programs throughout the day. We went on "Stuffy's Birthday" (the museum mascot) so I don't know if his birthday is celebrated everyday, or if it really was a special day, accounting for all of the activities. The museum has a Wizard... More

Took the grandkids and we all enjoyed the various activities. There was also a well-done drama about eating healthy. Funny and educational.
