I guess we were expecting to see some real animals and didn't realise this wasn't a zoo. The kids seemed to enjoy it though, whilst I found all of the stuffed animals quite creepy.

After enjoying all of the outdoors, this was a nice change for our tired bodies. Great for families. all ages.

We visited on a Monday morning with our 5 year old granddaughter in tow. Although when we entered the Globeology exhibits, she was towing us. This museum is a 21st century take on the traditional natural history museum concept of dioramas viewed through dusty windows too high for young ones to see much. We actually walked through the dioramas as... More

Relaxed outing, you can take as much time as you would like. We didn't see a movie while there. The kids really enjoyed it. We were a bit bored, but there enthusiasm made up for it.

We were really disappointed with the poorly designed and lack of exhibits. I would not expect to spend much time there if you have children - it is one of those places you will visit once in your life time and never go back.

Here's the thing...it's a great place to host a wedding reception or office Christmas party. Take the kids once and then consider it done. They do have an Imax 3D theater that's cool but the exhibits themselves don't change much. There are always LOTS of field trips.

Excellent dioramas of different ecological systems. Art Gallery with beautiful wildlife paintings and sculptures lovely sculpture garden outside as you walk around the building programs for children to meet some of the animals in controlled settings. Nothing big or scary. Also 3 D movies - Antartica, Pandas, and others. Fun and interesting.

I would highly recommend that anyone brings there kids her for this experience. It is fairly small and you can get through it pretty quickly but still worth your while.

We’ve been to the Wildlife Experience 3 times while visiting family in Colorado, the last visit was before it was transferred to CU South. This was a great place to spend 3 or 4 hours with the kids. We did 5 distinct activities that kept us busy for an entire afternoon. First we watched nice IMAX show (this was extra),... More
