A wonderful way to spend the day of evening if your attending one of the several charity events that occur at "The Wildlife Experience". Bring the kids, teens, too! Great knowledge, and wonderful films exhibited here with the regular museum exhibit.

Even though this is not a zoo, the Wildlife Experience is a museum-type attraction with an interesting mix of Rocky Mountain wildlife replicas and water and energy conservation information. There are examples of the sounds they make and they are in the placed in exhibits that show the animals' naturals habitat. It's rarely crowded and kids seem to enjoy it.... More

The members of the southern Denver really lucked out in having this museum built several years ago with walkways that go through all of the different ecosystems, including that of Colorado. Lots of stuffed animals staged throughout the exhibit and a hands-on room with plenty of Native American crafts.

More people should see this! It's very cool and easy to get around the campus. Kids love this place! There is food on site too.. good meals.

I guess we were expecting to see some real animals and didn't realise this wasn't a zoo. The kids seemed to enjoy it though, whilst I found all of the stuffed animals quite creepy.

After enjoying all of the outdoors, this was a nice change for our tired bodies. Great for families. all ages.

We visited on a Monday morning with our 5 year old granddaughter in tow. Although when we entered the Globeology exhibits, she was towing us. This museum is a 21st century take on the traditional natural history museum concept of dioramas viewed through dusty windows too high for young ones to see much. We actually walked through the dioramas as... More

Relaxed outing, you can take as much time as you would like. We didn't see a movie while there. The kids really enjoyed it. We were a bit bored, but there enthusiasm made up for it.

We were really disappointed with the poorly designed and lack of exhibits. I would not expect to spend much time there if you have children - it is one of those places you will visit once in your life time and never go back.

Here's the thing...it's a great place to host a wedding reception or office Christmas party. Take the kids once and then consider it done. They do have an Imax 3D theater that's cool but the exhibits themselves don't change much. There are always LOTS of field trips.
