This is a great place to relax and enjoy a mineral bath, several tubs, with a range if temps to meet your needs. The authentic Victorian look is quite nice, and so is the staff. Next time we will add. Massage!

This is the best deal in town. For 8.00, you can soak in three tubs inside or two tubs on the top of the building. They also have cold water dips in between. You can rent your own private bath as well...:) The help is amazing and the facilities are exceptionally clean. Not nearly the crowds of the river, very... More

Very nice facility, very nice staff, private tub, private room was wonderful. I was alone ( my husband dislikes the sulphur smell). Price was fair and affordable. Very nice glass of wine, very relaxing, very happy girl. No unruly undisciplined children, very happy. Would come every day if I could. Thank you Overlook.

We toured through Colorado for my mom & dad's 50th wedding anniv. One of the planned stops was Pagosa Springs to try the hot springs mineral baths as we are from Europe and tend to enjoy thermal spas. What a find this place is! We spent most of the afternoon and evening there with Miss Kari tending to our every... More

I have visited the Overlook Hot Springs Spa Twice, once in February 2014 and a second time in May 2014 while visiting my sister in Pagosa Springs. I have to say, this definitely seems to be the locals choice. The staff here is friendly a courteous, and you are more likely to strike up a conversation with an interesting local... More

My wife and two teen daughters came across this place and for a very reasonable price we soaked on the rooftop pools. Good value if you can stand the smell. This is a historic building that brings you back to the old west. Cool place and good for older kids.

I really enjoy this place. I appreciate that I can soak without being exposed to the sun and how accommodating the staff is. I wish they would fix the steam shower. It is obvious management / owner is making no attempt to fix the steam shower, such a shame. The steam shower could add to the experience. I am very... More

Dear Notimeranch & Overlook guests, I appreciate your repeat business and positive reviews of the Overlook very much. I would like to apologize for the steam shower!.. believe me It 's not that we haven't fixed this steam unit many times. (4 circuit controller boards in the last 3 years x 563$ each!) It has been very frustrating for us... More

Was in Pagosa Springs on a girls trip and decided to look for a relaxing place to soak in the many hot springs in town. A local in a restaurant where we were having lunch recommended this place because it is small and not crowded PLUS they serve wine and beer. Of course that did it. We went and the... More

We visited Overlook on a recent visit to Pagosa and happened to be there the day they opened for the summer season so it wasn't crowded. It's in an old converted hotel, tastefully decorated, comfortable dressing rooms/showers, with several hot springs pools of varying heat. There are also a couple of tubs on the roof which gives a great view... More

The Hot Springs are a great way to spend a quiet evening relaxing. We arrived the last week of March 2014 and spent 4 consecutive evenings in the different pools overlooking the San Juan River. The pools range from 87degrees to 110 degrees, but we found our temperate range from 99-105 degrees. We scheduled one evening for massage prior to... More
