The Hot Springs are a great way to spend a quiet evening relaxing. We arrived the last week of March 2014 and spent 4 consecutive evenings in the different pools overlooking the San Juan River. The pools range from 87degrees to 110 degrees, but we found our temperate range from 99-105 degrees. We scheduled one evening for massage prior to... More

This fun little hot springs is right on main street - it's easy to miss because it blends in with the other storefronts! But once we found it, we paid a much more reasonable rate than the other places ($12 pp) and went on in to change. The changing area was very nice with free lockers and beautiful showers. It... More

We came for a couple's soak in the private tub after making a reservation as required. The building is clean and beautiful with Victorian appointments. The tub was huge and the soaking divine, but we were a bit annoyed by the boy at the front desk. When we came in, there was no one behind the counter so we waited... More

We hit the springs twice in our week in Pagosa. 23 pools of different temperatures, what's not to like? Situated on the river, you can enjoy the pools while you enjoy the scenery. If you are in Pagosa Springs, do not miss the spa!

Quiet and relaxing environment. Much improvement in that area from last visit. The young man who opened the spa was very accommodating to all the guests. The steam shower was not working again. In fact I have never been to this spa and been able to enjoy the steam shower. It is always "waiting for parts". Don't expect to use... More

My husband and I chose Overlook Hot Springs spa because I read many good reviews and it seemed like the best bet. Boy, was I glad we chose Overlook! It was a wonderful place, the soak was awesome and the couples massages were to die for. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Overlook and wished we could have spent more... More

Overlook Hot Springs spa my not look like much from the outside, but this tenderly cared for older building on the highway, not only has a charm that relaxes you, but the service is excellent. Well appointed changing rooms, the roof top tubs well protected from the wind and the excellent massages providers were just what we needed on a... More

My wife and I went to the Overlook several times while in Pagosa Springs. We checked out the other two hot springs places and decided this was the best for us. Only ten bucks a visit and the place is so welcoming. Has an old Victorian feel with candle lit lighting and fixtures. There's three hot pools and one cold... More

Fun to explore the various rooms in which to soak each with its own ambiance. Amenities from massage, beverage & small shop in cute lobby were a bonus. I heard people raving about how luscious the showers were and they were right! Staff was friendly & helpful. This is a place to visit on every trip to this beautiful part... More

While in Pagosa for the Four Corners Folk Festival, we decided to try each of the three available hot springs facilities. Each was good however the Overlook had a nice uniqueness. Remodeling an historic hotel for indoor soaking is a novel idea. And the three tubs on the roof are a very nice addition as well. The young lady on... More
