Amazing Waterfall

It is really "boxed in" The most forceful waterfall I've ever seen. In awe of its majestic power. Wonderful to experience both the bottom and the top. Easy to get to.

This was very cool and different than most waterfalls. The waterfall actually comes down thru crevices of the mountain and falls into a cave like cavern before leaving out to make the river . You walk down some stairs to enter the cavern to see the base of the falls . Also has stairways to top of the falls that... More

This is an absolute must do. It costs $4 and worth every cent. Take the short trail to the falls through native flora and fauna. Then make sure you duck when walking through the rock canyon!!! The falls are super powerful and absolutely stunning. As an avid waterfall admirer, this ranks right up there with the best!

Well marked trails, short distances to the "prize" of seeing the awesome falls! Very well kept and a very fun thing to do!

This gem is a great little place in Ouray and well worth the modest entry fee. There are two routes to see the waterfall - one goes up to a bridge way over the canyon and one goes down to the base of the waterfall. I recommend doing both, starting with the hike up, as the cool dark canyon below... More

The waterfall was ok. You walk back a short path to a set of stairs that lead you down to the falls. I did not find it that interesting and not that beautiful either. I am sure there are many other waterfall areas that are more beautiful in CO. If you are hoping to get some great pics of a... More

Yes you have seen waterfalls before, but you don't want to miss the beauty of the box canyon falls. Easy walk to the falls with stops along the way if needed. Hike continues and becomes much for difficult for those so inclined. But all ages can and should go see the falls.
